I would give ZERO stars if I could! This is my second time seeing Dr. Colwell, might as well be COLDWELL!!! I was rushed out of my appointment so fast by her that I literally forgot all my questions until after I left, THE SECOND TIME SHE HAS DONE THIS!!! NOT TO MENTION, when she walked into the room she asked in a very rude/sarcastic tone "I just saw you a few days ago. .what couldve happened from then until now?!" Excuse me, I am a patient of yours...who has a genuine issue and coming to you for help. (My thoughts when she said that) Lets not forget the fact that aside from her taking maybe two whole seconds to listen to my babys heartbeat. . (Im 34 weeks pregnant, mind you. FTM) After she checked my urine, and bp...they were "normal" she says she wants me to go to the hospital to get blood taken to make sure its not preclampsia. SHE is supposed to be a dr. Right? Why couldnt she tell if I have it? Seems to me that she doesnt want to do her job. To add to it, she sends me on my way with ZERO paper work indicating what tests I need done. I take the initiative to contact the hospitals (there are two close to me, and she also didnt specify which one I was to go to) to see if maybe she faxed papers there. .neither had any. On top of it, I then call my doctor, I get her assistants vm. I leave a message. This was at around 3pm. They close at 530ish. Never received a call back. Like many other reviews on here, the front staff is VERY rude. Half the time they dont even acknowledge that you checked in. You just sign in, wait for 45 minutes sometimes more, and then hear your name. Sometimes I dont even know if theyre going to see me since you sit there blind. That doctor is awful. The place is no better. I now need to find a new doctor at the end of my pregnancy which Im highly unpleased with. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! !!!

I was seen today by Susan Roberts, she was very nice and took the time to listen to my frustrations regarding the reason for my visit. She took immediate action and ordered necessary blood work and ect. I have ZERO complaints about the doctor. I felt very much at ease that she took the time and together came up with a game plan. However, the front desk was extremely rude, and I wish I would have asked for her name. She never made eye contact with me. This may be petty, but in reality it is not. I work in the service field as well and constantly meeting with people all day, every day. I cant imagine talking to someone and not looking at them in the eye. It just seemed really impersonal and rushed. Did I mention I was there at 7:10, right on time for my appointment so its not like the lobby was full. I was the first one there. The receptionist never looked at me the entire time she took my name, health card and when I was about to sit down, she said "They will call you from the other side" basically, dont get comfortable on the wrong side of the lobby. She was looking down at her computer and just pointed to the "correct side" of the lobby I should be sitting at. Whoever covers their front desk needs to be reminded that their job is to be friendly, inviting, welcoming and personable. They are the face of their office, if we dont feel welcomed when we come in, we are going to have a negative experience. It is already nerve wrecking going in, although we know this needs to get done annually but it is still nerve wrecking.

I will start by saying that I love my doctor and her medical assistant. Both are very caring, and always make my stress levels go down. This is the only reason I am giving this place two stars. My problem is with the rest of the clinic. The desk staff is rude, unhelpful, and honestly, not useful. I am often unsure what they do at all. I had multiple experiences where there was a mistake on their part with scheduling, and zero responsibility was taken, only to blame it on me, the patient! Speaking of patients, this clinic has WAY too many. You feel like a number, and are treated like one. I have never been in for an appointment where I didnt wait at least 30 minutes after my scheduled time (even getting there 30 minutes early to check in), and usually longer! Most of the time, when I go in they are unsure of who I am, what Im there for, and if this is my first pregnancy or not. I have never felt so mistreated while at a doctors office. If I were to have another child or need gynecological care in the future, I would travel to a different part of the valley just to receive better care. For my first pregnancy, this has been a terrible experience.

Its horrible. The doctor I saw is two faced. Told me I was going in for an induction and when I get to the hospital they said no Im actually going in for a cervical ripening. Saw this doctor maybe about 10-15 times before I gave birth and each and every time he promised he would be the doctor to deliver me. And then he wasnt because he had to go home for something!? Never met any of his colleagues. Took him 4 days to let me know I had a prescription ready!! Also another thing was I asked my first visit "do you give episiotomies?" And they looked at me like I was stupid and said yes. But in the delivery room they just let me tear. They could have at least told me they only do that in certain situations. Now they wont give me a refill on a prescription that helps me produce breaks milk ( since my body wont produce enough on its own). I dont know but this place seriously needs to get their stuff together. Btw my doctor was Dr. Ho. Dont let him do anything I have heard horror stories from other patients as well!

I was a high risk pregnancy from the start because of my pre-existing condition....Dr. Rathee was one of the worst ob/gyns....Being a FTM of course I had multiple questions and he would rush me out of there after waiting an hour before seeing him for 3 minutes tops. Not only was he supposed to be my Dr. full time I hardly ever saw him I always had to see the nurse practitioner who was actually pretty good but they still didnt make sure my sons health was fine. When it came closer towards the end of my pregnancy they started sending me to the hospital twice weekly for stress tests and to the high risk pregnancy dr once a week as well as going to them. 4 appointments in a week, and being employed is one of the worst situations. Not only was the whole pregnancy process horrible even the aftercare was pretty bad. I asked to be put on birth control and Dr. Rathee sat there for like 3 minutes arguing with me about it...I just wanted the shot!

I am walking out of the office and unless someone calls me to apologize for the inconvenience i will not ever go back , this is the 2nd time that I have to reschedule my apt. The 2nd time which was today my apt was suppose to be at 1:45 pm , I arrived 1.30pm .. As usual I was told they had to reschedule at 1:53 pm due to dr.oland not available .... I took the day off work ., my husband took the day off early to make it to the apt. Do they not see that its an apt for a reason. The supervisor by the name or Sherry had an attitude , no compassion what so ever that i was telling her this is the 2nd apt I have to reschedule. She didnt apologize for the inconvenience or seem to care.. I was told that my apt would take longer that 15 minutes , then why even schedule me at 1:45pm if the office closes at 2.. so unprofessional of the front office .. very disappointed that my Dr. Oland works with these ladies.
