Dr. Roy is a pretty good doctor. HOWEVER, his office is a mess. It takes 3 months to get a referral to a specialist. The referral only comes through when I start sending angry emails. And, even though this is clearly a doctors office, they bill as a hospital, WHICH IS FRAUDULENT! I now have hundreds of dollars in bills from them which my insurance company wont pay because I havent met my deductible. My insurance has copays for doctors visits at a clinic or doctors office, not for a hospital. And regardless of the fact that they are not located anywhere near a hospital, they are still billing as being a hospital. They bill $700 to $800 for each 15 minute doctors visit. Stay away from these people.

This office is so poorly run they do their doctors a huge injustice. I have been a patient here for many years but am finally fed up and changing doctors due to the poor customer service and lack of organization. It takes over a month to recieve a referral, weeks to get an appointment, but they will tell you to call at 8.. But no matter how long you hold or how many messages you leave you can never get in. The office staff will openly speak about your visit and ask you questions about your health, major hippa violations. Complete disrespect and frankly lack of any professionalism at all. Wish they would get a better office manager, the doctors are great if you can ever get in to see them.

The first time I went, there was a bit of a wait, but besides that Ive had really good experiences. Ive met with two different doctors and both of them were very nice and the rest of the medical staff was also very polite. They are actually my favorite general doctors Ive ever seen. Dr. Catherine is absolutely amazing, and I would recommend her to anyone. It is has not been difficult for me to schedule an appointment, or reschedule if needed. Im very glad I found this doctors office.

This place is dispicable horrible care providers who do next to nothing and incompetent staff. This should be the last choice you ever go to for any type of medical care.
