I walked out after waiting over an hour. What a waste of time. I called over a week ago and scheduled my dentist appointment, gave the lady all my insurance info and answered a ton of questions. The automated system called to remind me and said to be there 30 minutes early. I showed up 45 minutes early only to be told that they didnt open until 1 (the time my appointment was scheduled for) so I sat for 45 minutes. Not really a big deal. But then when they finally opened the lady said she wasnt sure they accepted my insurance. Even though they knew very well what insurance I had over a week ago. After 30 more minutes they still hadnt figured out if they took my insurance. Blue cross blue shield, a large national carrier. They acted like I had insurance from another planet. I walked out to my truck and googled dentists. Scheduled with someone who knows what theyre doing.

I went to my appointment and as I was call to the font to ask me about my information they wanted for me to sing a form that if informing as that if you dont call within 24 hrs to cancelled you appointments the will Not give you a appointment for one year. If is a same day appointment thats not right if you are at home really sick how would you be 24hrs in advance that not right.

Absolutely appalled at the horrible customer service they provide. Rarely do they answer their phones or call back with any information. Incompetent employees with absolutely no concern in regards to the quality of their patients health care.
