I would have to say this is the worst hospital I have ever been forced to go to, and I do mean forced! We had a good hospital open up here. Great staff. Clean. organized. Fast and very competent service. KRMC had a major hand in shutting that one down. KRMC is very slow to even be seen in triage, much less getting back to see a Doctor. When you finally get in to see one, they simply want to rush you out and get on to the next person. My last visit, I was told I have a wrist sprain and was sent home in agony with a splint and prescription that could not be filled. It took the entire weekend of me calling the hospital over and over to finally get the script changed and filled. When I did a follow up with my Doctor, I was told the diagnosis made no sense and was sent to an imaging center for another set of X-rays... guess what. Yeap. Broken! So I spent four days in a splint when I needed to be in a cast and its possible the break will not heal correctly and I will need surgery. Way to go KRMC! Lets make a bad situation ten times worse. This is just one horror story. There are many many more from friends and family. Trust me, if you live in the area of this hospital and can avoid it by going to BullHead City or Vegas... DO IT. The only way I would put my life in their hands is if I had no other possible choice. Like being unconscious in a freaking ambulance. If at all possible... go somewhere else!

After 4 hours and being pulled out of the desert with a compound break and no pain meds, my er doctor guided the ambulance team outstandingly until i arrived. they were waiting for me and every staff member i came in contact with was superior compassoinate and understanding. The doctor/surgeon dictates how things run. Dr. William Hallier, a surgeon in the airforce, took care of me like family, from the er doors, into and out of major surgery. he with his team put me back together. when i returned from my lovely vacay in the desert my doctor in cali said he had only seen such a perfect fix and wound in textbook form. no infection, clean and precise. i wish i could do my follow up with mt hero, dr. Hallier but i live too far. (im typing with one hand because the other arm has plates and screws in it, hence the poor typing errors). The nursing staff on the orthopedic floor rocked. all very kind and very responsive. Dr. Hallier God bless you and your handywork. i hated going through such a painful experience but you made it work.

Krmc does not care about patients only money. They make it mandatory for all Kingman Drs that are affiliated with them to put all labs through them no matter what a patients insurance prefers. Most insurances pay 100 percent on labs if they are processed through lab Corp or Sonora quest but krmc makes it mandatory for their affiliated Drs to put labs through them. This goes as a hospital charge and goes against your deductable and out of pocket expenses. I have told their Drs to put it through lab Corp and they still put through krmc. They need to be held accountable for their crooked practices and the hardship they put on patients for no reason. Most patients think the Drs and hospital process per your insurance but they do not. I have changed my Drs and will Drive to havasu. They need a class action lawsuits against them for their corrupt policies.

By far one of the worst hospitals I have ever been to. Not only me but for a lot of people in Kingman,Az how many deaths exaclty has this hospital had because the doctors didnt know what they were doing? How many people have you turned down? Some of the staff are so rude for example one time I went here and one of the doctors told me I was a "typical native american" and I wouldnt Mount to anything and I would probably just live of the state for the rest of my life and when I said something the e.r staff said there was nothing they could do about their doctors statement. I honestly think yall should start thinking about people and their health and not judging people and turning them down for who they are cause its only a matter of time before Kingman Regional faces a good lawsuit against yourselfs.

I went to the ER Saturday,8/6/2016: I had severe abdominal pain. Every single person I had contact with were extremely helpful, courteous, caring. The CNA, was so caring helping me go to the restroom, because I was very weak to walk by my self. All my many questions were patiently answered. I felt well cared for the entire time. Im not going to be all well for awhile, but KRMC ER doctors, nurses, and CNAs certainly gave me a good start. And, I have been a volunteer at KRMC for close to 11 years. Ive heard many comments from the patients when Im taking them to be discharged very few complaints, most think as I did, well cared for. My sincere thank you, Patricia J. Simmons

Dr Tudetski delivered, Juanita was our nurse. I was very pleased with the both of them. After delivery, I was very very displeased. When we toured the hospital, the staff said concerning parent choices that "they will do what the parent requests" After delivery, they tried ramming Cannon Law down our throats (We are not Christian) and even after my wifes OB/GYN in Las Vegas said she could breastfeed, they refused to let her. That DFS document they give you is an instant permission slip for warrantless entry to your home and child for what ever magical reason they conjure up, decline that form.

all the complaints I hear over and over are volume related, and shockingly, when a second hosp. opened , (which would reduced some of the excess volume and improve pt outcomes) KRMC started a very big PR campaign in a effort to put the new hospital out of business... plus they blocked the county ambulances from bringing pts to the er at that hospital- which was clean , new, high tech, and preached pt satisfaction, well the hospital finally did go out of business and this has been a great disservice to the area residents and puts into question what KRMCs vision actually is...

Even though doctors here are great hospital staff is horrible. They have a patient advicator (Lisa Murphy) who can care less about you and your family. Its unfortunate i chose this place for help after suffering my 4th heart attack I should tried to make all the way to wickenberg or sutprise. Becuase of my extensive cardiac I had to stop they would not even allow my wife to sit in waiting room. They were very rude. My little post would not hurt no one I would say TRAVLERS BEWARE STAY AWAY TRY TO MAKE IT TO THE NEXT TOWN FOR TREATMENT........

Went to emergency room with a foreign object stuck in my throat. Was there for 4 hours and then was told they cant do anything for me and for me to call an outside doctor the next day. THIS IS SUPPOSED TO BE HOSPITAL THAT HELPS PEOPLE!!!!!!!! They should have least called in someone that could have went down my throat to find out what it is. I went home with no medical help at all and still have this object lodged in my throat. Now I owe a lot of money for NOTHING!!
