This has to be the worst Urgent Care experience we have ever had as a family. My daughters finger was swollen up red with puss about to come out. We took her to the doctor (David Bowman), and he took some puss to test. He prescribed a drug and then we left. No follow up. No lab results. No call. NOT ANYTHING. So much for urgent care. Three weeks later, her finger is still red, but the swelling has gone down. Youd think a doctor or facility that cared about the treatment of their patients would let you know the treatment and diagnosis. We will never return to this location or facility.
