I called and made an appointment. The very curt receptionist asked what time I would like and gave me some options. I said what is the best time for you guys? She said 1:30pm. So I get there at about 1:25 pm. Now I know you say “why didn’t you go their earlier?” I had been there several times with my wife and daughter and they always ran late. So I parked right in front of the exam side of the building (the right) the other side is for glasses. So she obviously saw me pull up as no one else was there. I walk in and up to the desk and realize I left my glasses on the dash and turned back to get them (30 feet away). Came back in and the receptionist/Tech and she is talking to another tech (not work related) after a couple of minutes she says “Yes” ..I said I am here for the 1:30 appointment. She hands me the clipboard and says fill this out. She then looks at the time and says in a nasty voice “We don’t usually take people this late” Are you friggin kidding me??? it was now 1:34pm !!! So here..word for word is the rant she gave me. “you know we take lunch at this time! The Doctor is pregnant and needs a break !We will overlook it this time but next time we wont” Nothing I enjoy more than be admonished in public like I am a child. I said “ you offered me four (4) time slots, I asked you specifically which time worked best and you told me 1:30pm ! She doesn’t say anything just stares. Then says”Well the doctor is pregnant and she needs a break” …So I am thinking how is that MY issue..I didn’t knock her up..you guys made the schedule???WTF !!! I said everytime We have come here the doctor was male. She said “oh he was told to go to another office to fill in and she is filling in for him. And boys the ladies are disappointed, they call him Dr Dreamy or something like that” Great you running an Eye practice or a male whorehouse…So is this why your Doc keeps having my wife come back like 4 unnecessary times so he can flirt with her?? So the tech says “let me see your glasses” ..Before I can say anything she picks them up and says with disgust “ These are over the counter glasses” >>I said yes as I told you on the phone and on the paperwork I need new glasses..HENCE The reason I am here to get a prescription for new ones??? She “sighs”..Okay I need your insurance. I said its in my wifes and daughters file . We were just in yesterday .. “Well that was yesterday “ She says.. I said it’s the same card ..its family coverage and she has the card , so..and I saw the files just sitting there . Just pull it out of there. Again..”You should bring your card” So I see the Doctor and I say “Hey,sorry they scheduled me at this time . Sorry you are late for lunch” She is “No problem..we are not busy today” So I get done. Go to the desk to pay and again I get a hard time about the card. Now Im pissed . I am like . Hand me the file and I will give it to you…OMG lady what is flippin wrong with you. I didn’t say that last part.Then someone from the retail side comes up and they start talking non work related again.. so after a few minutes she looks up and says” Your done, you can go” go she goes back to her conversation and I am thinking , I need new glasses Lady? Do I wait for a call do you have something for me to hand to retail ?? WTF are the next steps?? So I get on a conference call left at around 3:30 pm..No one left to go to lunch? The next day I come in to pick up my daughters contact lenses because they called they were in. I go in and everyone is with a customer..Now they each looked at me.. Im 6’3 kind of hard to miss..It would take two seconds to say “ Be right with you” I walk over to ..sigh..the same tech. she says that’s them not us…God I hate this place. So finally after 28 minutes ..oh I timed and filmed it. A person comes out of the back and says..Oh here are Tiffanys lens however they didn’t all come in so you need to come back next week.. So if you want to see a place where Customer service and respect is non existent visit here. As for me I am done. This place is HORRIBLE !

Wait time is awful here. Friendly yes but having an appointment at 11am and leaving the office until 1pm is not okay. This made me late. They only have one person trying to take care of 8 people. That killed my experience.

Was greeted by the general manager the staff made sure all my need were met and they honor the guarantee. This is huge for something you put on your face for 16 hours a day. Will buy fro them again
