We have a problem that spanned over a couple visits. My mother, my wife, and I have all been to eye doctors all of our lives and we have never had this bad of an experience. First day we had an appointment and it took them two hours and forty five minutes to get us out the door. The dr. was curt and very much not personable. Second day we came in for a fitting on the two sets of glasses we had ordered for my mother. The lady fitting her spent a good effort fixing the glasses. Between the first and second fittings she had to take a phone call and it broke the focus she had on us, as customers. The second pair was completely lop sided and she was ready to send my mother out the door. When we kept correcting her (because they were slowly becoming more level, but not completely), the girl behind the counter gave signs of wanting to give us an attitude. She didnt, so I give her credit for that. The system they have where every worker answers the phone is ridiculous. It shifts their mood, and takes away any warmth and attentiveness they may have had with their patient. Glasses we bought were fine and well priced. It is the system they have set up that sucks. Management needs to improve.

Went in to have an exam in September, spoke to Dr. about getting glasses and contacts. Ordered both, called to see if contacts had come in yet and was told they were sent to another store and I would have to wait a few more weeks. Finally they arrived, went in and paid for contacts. Now it is December and I wanted to order more but they have lost all information that I ordered contacts to begin with and will not order any unless I come in for another exam. Apparently my first exam didnt cover contacts, just glasses. I refuse to ever step foot in this place again. I will call my insurance company and make sure they didnt get charged for a contact exam. I dont complain usually but this seems unfair and ridiculous!!

Horrible customer service!!! No order!!!! Just such a horrible experience!!! I will never take my daughter there. We went for the first time and once we came in no one acknowledged us. They use the sign in sheet when ever they feel like. Waiting time is long ALWAYS! Staff called my daughter back and she must of left her customer services skills in the toilet because she didnt say much to my daughter and didnt explain what she was doing. When we went to pick up her glasses they just handed us the glasses and thats it! Staff didnt even fake to adjust or asked if it felt ok. This place sucks!

The staff & the Drs are wonderful, patient & very friendly. I feel at home going there. They know who my kids & I are when we get there. It can get busy, though, if you make an apportionment, Its not bad. They take most insurances. They take their time with you & answer any questions you might have. Its truly a great place for your eye care. They are honest & not just trying to sell you things. Im happy everytime we go. They also thank dont forget you when you leave. I get text messages from them when our glasses are ready, & when its time for our next exams. Thank you...

Doctor didnt get prescription right and other employees ignored my stating that the prescription was off in the left eye. Instead they stated "Oh , youll get used to them." And "Each eye has a different power , contacts are the same power because they are different". Went to another Optical outlet and they corrected my prescription and I can now see equally out of both eyes.

Took my children in a year ago and they were packed. But we let the slowness of the staff slide. The Dr was so quick it was surprising. My daughter needed glasses bc she couldnt see the words in a book without holding it way up close to her face and they said no glasses needed. I thought hey hes the dr he knows best right??

My daughter and I both have gotten glasses from here, and our experience is always great! Only complaint is theres ALWAYS a wait no matter what time you go, but thats to be expected. Staff is courteous and professional, frame selection is great, and we never had e to wait long to receive our glasses once ordered!

Horrible customer service. The Dr. examined my eyes and was VERY in personal. He diagnosed my eyes in correctly and when I asked for a refund they told me they could not refund the 139 for the eye exam but they would for the materials. This is beyond the worst eye appointment experience Ive EVER had.

Appointments mean nothing. Scheduled a 9:15 appointment, arrived 15 minutes early and the doc showed up 25 minutes late. Then to top it all off we were skipped and someone with a later appointment, whod gotten here after us was seen first. We wont be returning.

Optical Outlet in Leesburg has some of the ugliest outdated old frames Ive seen in a long time. Some of the frames look like theyve been sitting on the shelf for YEARS. The 2/$79.00 frames, trust me, your grandmother wouldnt wear. Save time and go elsewhere.

Great experience, the staff were very helpful and friendly helping me all the way through the whole process. I was not sure if i wanted to go to this store after reading a couple of negative reviews but im glad i went! 10/10 see you next year.

The place takes forever, even if you have an appt. For my yearly eye exam it took them over an hour and a half to see me for a ten min procedure. The staff is hit and miss with good customer service but the doctor is great.

Very busy place but doesnt stop the opticians or even the doctors from successfully helping patients. Sometimes a long wait but well worth it. Wonderful staff, will continue to go there for my yearly exams.
