I started going to Woof and Purr Vet earlier this year. I have a 5 year old Aussie/Collie mix - Dr. Jayme cleaned her teeth and put her on the right flea medication to keep those little buggers from biting. I recently got a Siberian Husky puppy - when I brought him home he had a terrible case of fleas as well as giardia. Just like with my Aussie, Dr. Jayme made sure that the fleas were eradicated and the giardia was treated. I was also skeptical about his first round of shots, so she was more than willing to look at the brand and make her own suggestions as to the next step, choosing to redo his 8-week shots was completely my decision. She makes a lot of helpful suggestions for different products, but she is never pushy. Theyre added to the bill at the end so you can see the price and remember what she recommended, but if you dont want them then its super easy to take them off the bill and just pay for the services/products you want. Because she runs the vet by herself and only has a few staff members on hand, there have been a few times where Ive had to wait for her to finish up or for paperwork to be found, but shes been really accommodating the few instances there has been an issue. Overall, she is a great vet and Id highly recommend her.

Dr. Jamie is a compassionate and caring vet. We used her for an emergency after we had moved to town and she helped us immensely. That being said, she recently turned vile towards myself (a 24 year Navy veteran) and my wife using every 4 letter word (and some with more letters) in the book towards my wife. When I tried to speak with her afterwards at her shop she became vindictive as I was trying to figure out what had happened and why she was doing this (I might have gotten 1 or 2 words out of my mouth). She attempted to slam the front door of her shop in my face (thankfully my steal toe boot was in the way). I highly recommend finding somewhere else to go.

My experience at this place was horrible she was extremly rude to my kid and I was given false information regarding my dog she did X-rays and said my dog wasnt pregnant and was told she had uterus infection and needed surgery asap! With that being said I was going crazy trying to find a place that will do surgery at low cost I was stressed the whole time thinking my dog was going to die if I ended up not taking her and 3 weeks later my dog gives birth to 6 beautiful pupps I AM NEVER GOING BACK AND IM GLAD GOD NEVER GRANTED HER CHILDREN SHE WOULD BE THE WORST!

Dr. Jayme sees my fragile cat, Faye Ray. She thoroughly checked her up and sat with me a long time explaining options for her asthma care. I also work with Dr. Jayme as part of the D.O.G.S. Grape Street Park volunteers. Dr. Jayme Williams has been gracious, generous and supportive of all our volunteer activities. We ask her to write a news letter and she does so with passion and conviction. Her knowledge of animals is extensive. She is a caring and personable vet and animals know she loves them. They took very good care of my little furbabie and helped me feel comfortable that they could treat and mend my little guy, he has been miserable with fleas and allergies for the best part of a month, by the time we got home there was not a single flea on him, it was amazing and he was almost back to his old playful self. I recommend everyone with a previous furbabie of any kind, if you are looking for an awesome vet with amazing staff this is the place to go!

I appreciate Dr. Williams consideration of my opinions, her helpful suggestions, her willingness to try different approaches. If you want boutique-prices, this is a great spot. Vet is extremely friendly, so be sure you have plenty of time to talk and talk and talk. Not a go-to for someone on a budget. Plenty of friendly vets out there that will get you in and out without taking you to the cleaners.

I been looking for a vet for my dog, and I called to get an answer on a basic question. The lady said I needed to make an appointment to answer my question. This place is money hungry. i would stay away from this place unless you want to pay for every bit of info.

5 Star Service The doctor and all the staff are caring and take time to explain any options for pet care. Weve been taking our 9 year old dog there for a year or two at this point and Ill continue. One of the best vets Ive been to.
