This business violates your privacy. Whenever they reply to reviews, they state your private visit information and share it on the web. This is violation against the user policy. Suspect: Dr. Pratik Singh, DVM, MS, PhD Adriana, Reception Lead. Privacy Policy violated. Personal Information about my medical visit was violated and shared on several online reviews and social media websites. Health (e.g., health history, health conditions, health services received by them). Critical condition life threatening when I took my dog in, returned to me in same condition in life threatening. Dog even pour out blood while in kennel just few minutes during the pick up at closing time at 7pm. Doctor was not notified and they stated dog was in good condition and to just give medication. Dog was not, and died later that night. I am now filing reports against this company for false claims and poor practices. I was charged $500+ for a dog dying. Why else did I take my dog here if it was life threatening and they should had kept over night. This place is not a 24/hour hospital facility, and that information should be posted. This Pet Care is a one man show. One Vet to see all your animals needs. They have several nurses, but it doesnt help if just one Vet and have to wait for him for serious issues. When serious issues arise, they have no idea of what they are doing. Instead they charge you with unfair outrageous prices, before you agree to the terms. Yes BEORE YOU AGREE, THEY CHARGE THEIR HIGH RATES TO THE INSURANCE COMPANY. I had to fight them to reduce the claim, and also told Credit Care company of their illegal actions. They claim to had run several testings, not knowing what they are looking for. Then also falsely accusing the customer of poisoning /or neglecting for not taking care of the pet better. Yet in the end results, this facility is NOT taking care of the serious issue at hand. This is unprofessional to post replies on YELP to customers, it is giving out more personal information and down talking your customers via web. This is a Privacy Violation of revealing medical records and personal information to the GENERAL PUBLIC. I am sure they did NOT give you their consent of approval. Which I hope they all flag your comments and have them removed immediately. No medical facility /or hospital are allowed to conducted such UNPROFESSIONAL manners! Also this business PAYS their customers a DISCOUNT if they post Yelp "POSITIVE REVIEWS" on Yelp! They pay to have the negative reviews removed. But mostly you can see the owner down talking the customers on here. Why do you think this company has so many good reviews. It is odd that they dont have any negative reviews. Is that because no one is stepping up and reporting? I think its because people have better manners / good morals than this UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS!

WARNING: They Pay and Give Discounts for 4 and 5 star reviews! If you like Rude service go here!! The receptionist was extremely rude to me and gave me completely Incorrect information about my puppies vaccinations...she told me Id have to start them all over again, I talked to Dr. Singh and the Manager , the Manager was great, when I went in again I told the receptionist she had been incorrect and she owed me an apolgy she flat out said No I dont...she left the room.. Dr . Singh came out and said I should just let it go!! I will not let it go when I am paying my hard earned money and staff can be rude..They have had full staff changes there so many times in the past year its no wonder there staff is not caring or knowledeable...being desperate for help....it must suck to hire such horribly disrespectful people..if they are this rude to humans god knows what they do to our pets.... I will Never go there again!! If you like to be treated rudely go to Bonita Vet...Plus it took the Dr. over 3 months to diagnose my other dog with a fatal condition He has all the classic symptoms and I looked it up and suggested he might have Cushings, before Dr.Singh looked into it..I was lucky my dog didnt die! Watch they will respond here defend their actions, but there is no defense..My daughter was with me and saw and heard how the receptionist was wrong and then insulted me, since no other staff was there they cant respond! But cheers with your response and trying to cover for your rude ignorant staff!

Pawsing" for a moment to "Singh" the praises of Bonita Pet Care Animal Hospital!! I had just gotten a new puppy, approximately nine weeks old, late Thursday night. Saturday afternoon I had an appointment to have my nine month old dog checked post surgery - neutered. I brought Sunny in with me. While in the lobby she had diarrhea while I was holding her. It happened so fast I wasnt sure which end it came from?! Astute, warm, and professional, "Kathy" had immediately suspected she had the Parvo virus. Unfortunately, my baby was diagnosed positive for this highly fatal condition. Fortunately however, it was diagnosed in the earliest stages. With the wind knocked out of my sails, I had to come to terms with the fact that my little 2 LB--6.OZ bundle of joy is gravely ill. Robbing Peter to pay Paul, unemployed, I could ill-afford the meds. My heart grew heavy. Kathy worked her magic and made it possible for me to obtain the Rx she needed and love my baby back to health!!! Kathy also advised me on how to replenish her electrolytes, including what and how to feed her. Five days later, and with my heart a lot lighter, Sunny is getting stronger with each passing day!!! :+) Reasonable rates, professional, compassionate, and personable staff all in the same practice!! Since leaving Saturday, I have already recommended BPCAH to my neighbor, and a young couple at Petco. Here and now, Id like to extend that recommendation to you too!!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Dr. Singh, Liana, Steve and all of the staff brought our beloved Tiby back from the brink of death. Tiby, our 12 year old doberman, has been a patient of Bonita Pet Care for nearly 5 years. We have always found Bonita Pet Care to be a friendly compassionate clinic that is very mindful of the expense of suggested medical care. We have always found the charges to be more than reasonable without unnecessary treatment or testing. We found Bonita Pet Care after several attempts with other Vet clinics whose only focus was to sell expensive treatments, tests and medications. Recently, Tiby while kenneled, suffered a significant episode of heart failure. He was rushed to a nearby vet clinic who ordered multiple expensive tests. Upon our return from vacation we rushed Tiby to Dr. Singh who advised against the testing suggested by the other vet clinic thereby saving us a significant amount of money. Dr. Singh prescribed medications for Tiby which has returned our vivacious and energetic Tiby to us. We cannot thank you enough Dr. Singh, Liana, Steve and all of the staff at Bonita Pet Care for giving us back our beloved Tiby. In an age where customer service seems to be forgotten, Bonita Pet Care truly understands and delivers EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I brought my sick 15 year old dog to them on a Sunday because my vet was closed. I called and asked if they had anything available and they told me to come in in about an hour. I brought my girl in and from the second I got there I felt they took great care of her. They handled her very well, all the staff was great with her, they were great to me as well and very polite and caring. You could just tell they genuinely care about your animals. The vet gave her an exam and gave us his suggestions of what to do and a staff member came in within a few minutes with a quote for the tests and X-rays. Not only did it not feel like they were pressuring me but the prices were so good I felt I would have been stupid not to try a few different things and see how it went. After that they sent us home with some medications. I went back the next day on a Monday. I called them that morning as well and again within an hour I was in their office. They did X-rays and gave her IVs as well as medicine while she was there and they kept her for the whole day to try and stabilize her. Unfortunately I had to put her down at my regular vet yesterday but my experience with them in a time of need was fantastic. I cant think the vet and the staff enough for all that they did and how well they treated my sweet girl.
