Thanks to MHI and Dr Sadeghi I have learned how to manage migraines, headaches, and neck problems so that they are a minimal disruption to my daily life. Sure there are setbacks, but that is life. You have to put yourself in a position to win each daily battle through proper nutrition, fitness, and rest finding a balance that works for you. I maintain an active lifestyle (surf, skate, yoga, etc) and work behind a computer all day (challenging). The tools that they have given me help to sustain my desired quality of life. I have received dextrose prolotherapy and neuromuscular therapy from them and reaped the benefits of both. And just as critical as everything that I have already mentioned, the entire staff genuinely care for your well being and are excited when progress is achieved. Good vibes.

I dont normally leave reviews but I left my visit so impressed today that I felt I had to. Ive been suffering of sporadic headache and a friend of mine recommended me to visit Dr. Escasena at MHI. Once I stepped in trough the door the staff was extremely friendly and attentive and the waiting was less than 5 minutes. The consultation with Dr. Escasena couldnt be better. He not only took the time to understand my symptoms, he did a thorough evaluation and explained (ABC steps) on the reason for my headache. I would highly recommend Dr. Escasena .

I took my 16 year old daughter to see Dr. Sadeghi. She is suffering with recurring headaches and I was very concerned. Dr. Sadeghi was very thorough and took the time to run appropriate tests to find out the root cause. He explained things in a way that both my daughter and I could easily understand. Although we are still in this process, my daughters headaches are much less frequent and she has been able to reuturn to her extra curricular activities without restrictions.

The Miami Headache Institute is life changing. They target the source of the pain in the initial tests and appointments and prescribe solutions that actually work. They are professional and caring. They are responsive and supportive. By far the best medical treatment I have ever received. I highly recommend this healthcare provider for anyone suffering from headache or migraine pain.

I have been suffering from headaches for the past couple of months, finally I decided to see a Neurologist/Headache Specialist. I was referred to Dr Escasena by a friend. The office manager and staff were very welcoming and pleasant. Dr Escasena was very informative and professional, he came up with a plan tailored to my needs. I highly recommend Dr Escasena.
