Like someone else said, the doctor is a nice person( although my last visit there he was not attentive). The problem is that he takes a lot of walk ins resulting in extremely long wait times. Yes, the front office staff is very very rude. Carlene and the tall Jamaican woman are very rude. I remember showing up after a visit to the ER, and was given a hard time to see the doctor and I am a severe asthmatic patient. I ended up being the last patient and as I was walking out, this tall light skin Jamaican woman who works the front desk, had the audacity to start clapping!!! Really, this is the way you treat patients?? As the practice got bigger, the level of service became very poor. I used to get call backs and test results within 2 days top. Lately, its now weeks!!! I kid you not... And this is after numerous calls from me. Luckily my insurance has changed so now I can see out a caring doctor with excellent, caring professional staff. They need a competent office manger to get that office into shape and possibly diversification. Hire other folks.

I have been going to Dr Fraser for the past 18 years , yes 18 years. Even though there is a wait time, Dr Fraser gives 100% attention to his patients. I don not mind the wait because I know when I see him, he will take care of me Everybody who post a bad review are the same ones who keep coming back because they know that Dr Fraser gives them the care they need. And if you are not happy with the service , they can take their business elsewhere because, as they say, the wait time is long which means Dr Fraser is never short of patients , which means he must be doing something right.

This doctors office is a bunch of morons they try to run my insurance and they cant even figure it out. DO NOT GO HERE. The front desk is a huge waste of time and every member of their team should be fired. Absolute Morons learn how to verify insurance. Call the insurance company and see if its active. Wont verify insurance until you are in the office but then cant figure it out once you are there, Ill repeat again DONT GO HERE complete waste of time insurance or not you will never get past the front desk.

This is the worse doctor office in the world. The staff is rude and very incompetent. They lose everything you give them. Its like pulling teeth to get someone there to follow up on referrals, meds and paperwork etc. They dont return calls. They do not give the proper care to people they are all about making a dollar. I never experience anything like this office in my life. My father is a patient and I will be removing him immediately before they kill him there.

Problem #1: a few years ago, a nurse at this establishment gave me the wrong injection - I stopped going to the doctor at that point. Problem #2: On 1.4.16 I placed a call to this facility in order to get a referral for a family member and I had the "pleasure" of speaking to Carlene/Caroline - whatever her name is - and she was so rude! I had to tell her to chill. I wouldnt go to this doctors office if you paid me. #LackingCustomerService.

The wait is absolutely horrible...with an appointment wait time well over 1:30 minutes. This was my 1st time here, accompanied my mom. I going to try till the end of year. If this does not get any better I will be switching her Doctor. #mytimeisValuable
