Since posting the poor review.... Ive provided an update at the bottom dated 1/17 so please read it to the end. I am still a customer and will continue to use their services and recommend them to others because of the way this bad review and overall situation was addressed. ( Michelle was awesome and she gets 5 stars or more. However, because its a shared space clinic the negative experience offsets the positive. I dont typically post poor reviews but I feel like this post, if read by the management, may be beneficial to the clinics training process for current and future staff. The reception and medical staff are always in a huge rush but make time to visit with one another about the weekend and personal offside conversations. Their demeanor and tone made me feel like an inconvenience. During the time of the visits and when I called for a refill. Ive now called 3 times (3 week span) for the same outstanding refill and 2 of the 3 times I was on hold for a period then quickly rushed off without a clear resolution, well until I immediately called back after they hung up on me. I realize they are busy but part of customer service is to take the time to actually complete the service, 4 calls, 3 weeks and Im still waiting on a resolution and my outstanding refill, which by the way, was paid for upfront at the time of the 1st visit. At this point, Im still not sure if and when its coming. Point of the post is to share that if you are going to see Michelle for a procedure, absolutely do! Shes wonderful but bare in mind that staff is not representative of her services, so if its for weightloss or otherwise not related to her, you may want to try an alternative provider.) UPDATE!!!!!!! Resolution Received!!!!!! MISTAKE ADDRESSED! 1/17/2017- Everyone makes mistakes, its how they are addressed after they have been made the ultimately speak to the integrity of the business or the people involved. Im updating my review because shortly after posting the aforementioned review I received a call from the office manager who quickly addressed, resolved and explained the issue. She stated the product was miss routed by the pharmacy and the spa /clinic was only informed that the delivery was made but not that it was made to the wrong location. Apparently , the pharmacy staff never communicated their mess up and the provider had nothing more to approve since the refills were exhausted. I accepted the managers apology and I appreciate the effort and resolution. I think theres much to be said for accountability and the time utilized to make this right. They could have just wrote it off and moved on but she took the time to make it right and theres not many businesses that would. The management has clearly made some changes since my last visit. Very much customer focused ! I received my refill today so thank you! I will be back for additional services as needed. Kind Regards! Good Job ZMed Team !
Worst experience i have ever had in medical office. I called for a well womens exam to include blood work and pap. When i arrived i checked in at desk for appointment. When waiting a lady kept coming out every few minutes asking if anyone was here for appointment for different services. It was only myself and another lady but i am pretty sure this is against hippa regulations and i would think they should know why we are in their office? When i went in the PA asked me if i knew what my pulse was. Do they want me to do my own exam? I asked when i would see the doctor. I was told that they dont have a doctor on site. She completed my exam and blood was taken by another girl. I was told that they were charging me $30.00. I got a call when my blood work was done saying everything was good but they were not charging for my pap because it was done wrong and did not come out. I really wanted to talk to a doctor to tell me more about what the numbers meant on my blood work and was not happy about having to go to a different doctor for another pap. When i called Aetna they told me that the office should not have charged me $30.00 because it was included in my coverage. I called to question the charge and they said they would get back to me. Three days later i had to call back myself and was told that the charges would be reversed but never told me why i was charged in the first place. I am not sure how this office is allowed to be operating without a doctor present under Aetna or any other provider....very scary.
The woodlands location has a new "certified" tech who focuses on cosmetic procedures, tattoo removal being one of the procedures. After looking around for a tattoo removal place, I came across this clinic and I was satisfied with the initial consultation. Before moving forward, I did explain to the tech that I would be getting married in 6 months and wanted to start the tattoo removal process on a tattoo located on my back below my neck. Michelle ( The tech) assured me, she would have at least 50% off by the wedding.. I was sold! Little did I know I was making the worst decision of my life. I went in for 1 session and 1 only! I had 3rd degree burns on my back. I was in pain for an entire month. I cried for nearly the entire month, because I could not lift my arm, move my neck and could not sleep at night. I went back in two weeks after and she failed to tell me what was really going on... 3 months later today, I have not healed completely. I no longer have a tattoo... I have a patch of scarred tissue! The path of scar tissue is pinkish and will not go away... I am so disappointed, my wedding is in 2 months and my skin looks disgusting! Now I am seeing another doctor and have started session to resurface my skin... another doctor is having to clean up Michelles mess. I hope this makes others aware and if your thinking of removing your tattoo, this is not the place!!!!
Had my first visit this week. Absolutely loved it. Its a great location and is beautiful on the inside. Not what I expected at first because they have a spa. Glad I chose to stay. The front desk person is so nice, the medical assistants in the back answered a lot of my questions and made me feel at ease. Then the provider was super knowledgeable and I cant wait to follow up. Ive finally found the right clinic for myself. So happy.
did a sleep study from this office on May 18 and have not had any response other than, "we dont know when the physician will read them" for over a month (6-21). When I called to question them about the average time to get results, Ms. Daisy was very non-committal and hung up on me when I asked her to call me back the same day. I would not recommend this office. Mrs. Ngyuen is great. phone staff...not so great...
One of my worse experiences in life. The provider is very rude. I visited this center at different location and I decided to come back at the new location at The Woodlands. If you arrive late they will give you hell. The service is expensive and beside they dont have a doctor, just a practicioner that think she owns the place and she thinks she have the right to lecture and screams clients.
