My latest experience there was really bad (but not because of doctor, just because of their appointment system). I made a reservation online for my wife, and the wait time turned out to be 54 mins. We were there about 5 minutes early, and the confirmation number did not work (it said it was cancelled or expired) so we were queued at the END and now the new wait was one hour 30 minutes. That was very inconvenient so we left. Also, while we were filling the info in the kiosk, there was another person waiting behind us who said that he also took online reservation and his confirmation number didnt work as well. Thats really bad and inconvenient. Were not going to minute clinic again.

Too slow, paid out of pocket, wrongfully given wrong medication for uti. Uti is still here I ended up going to planned parenthood and got correct medication
