Ive had my case worker switched 4 times in just this year alone. Ive been with them since 2010 and never had the same Case Worker or doctor for more than 2 months at a time. Youd figure for the type of industry, theyd hire professionals that will actually stick around. People who are in tri-county NEED stability and these County far from provides it. They are very careless, emotionless, and just care about the paycheck. They prescribe your pills and send you on your way. I dont want to even begin to explain the emergency hotline issues, lets just say theyd rather let you end your life than take the time out to help you. If you can afford another service, then do yourself the favor any stay far from here. This program was designed to keep you in for the rest of your life....

I appreciate the services this place has to offer. I would give it 5* but I dont appreciate walking through the front door and have somebody blowing smoke as I walk by. I cant stand the smell of smoke. This place needs to have a designated smoking area for smokers away from the entrance. They have security there. security could at least make the smokers keep away from the entrance. That front area is so wide and the smokers have to stand right there by the entrance. So annoying. when I get home I can smell their smoke on my clothes and have to change and wash them so disgusting.

I could not get to my appointment because my daughter got hung up at work, so they punished me and making me wait a whole two more months to see the dr. My daughter works!! We have told them some times some thing happens at her job so she cant take me up there. If she is late and cant take me then too bad so sad for ME. I call up there & they say sorry but this is the best we can do because you didnt come like you said you would. So wait two more months!! They suck. Very unprofessional. They dont care.

Be careful what you say cause it gets around. It aint private like you think it is. And they be hollerin like ever one needs to know my biz ness. I moved to spring and still have to get a ride all the way out there just to sit and wait. I would give no stars if I could.

They go by the severity of your disorder. Any missed appointmens I had they worked with me. Was supposed to only be able to miss 3 appt. I missed way more than that. They do their best.

They helped my family so much...My child has been there 2+ years...I would recommend Tri-County to anyone. They will help you out in anyway they can.
