HORRIBLE STAFF, UNDERAGE FRAT STUDENTS WITH NO SENSE OF BASIC MANNERS!! BECAREFUL, they will charge lab work and you will end up paying "out of network" prices, It took me years to realize they made an office error and sent lab work to collections with Quest Diagnositcs, after asking for Dr.Mones office for help they could do nothing for me. If you are feeling ill please avoid this practice at all costs, it will only make you feel worse. the staff is just as ridiculous as the wait time, absolutely horrible. Please call out of work, it will take up the entire day. they DO NOT in any way provide the feeling of a professional environment that should be concerned for your well- being and overall happiness. The staff is ever changing i have been a patient for years and although Dr.Mones is a great Doctor, i barely get to consult with him directly and his staff has increasingly become rude, inconsiderate, and far from professional. Find a Practice that actually will make you feel better when leaving NOT WORSE, unfortunately i will be switching Primary doctors and will make it my duty to forewarn anyone with the curiosity to be under the care of this practice. that is how bad it has become over that last 5years of being with Dr.Mones / Alhambra Circle / Urgent Care Miami.

Horrible experience ever during my visit lab work was taken and trying to get the results back was insane. Staff constantly answers the phone and place you on hold for well over 30 minutes and dont pick up when you re call. They take messages and no one returns the call. Inaddtion to being placed on hold sevreal times while trying to explain my issue and disatifaction with the previous service. I had someone give me results that barely spoke English and clearly needs to be trainined in reading medical records. It took over 3 months to reach someone and have a thourough explanation of what exactly may have been wrong with my labs. Not to mention someone falsified records saying they spoke to me and wanted me to be retested for labs. Thank god I was not dying or else Id couldnt share this miserable ordeal with the public!!!! Save yourself the time and trouble and visit a location thats interested in your health and has better than CRAPPY customer service. In addtion to all this I am receiving all types of bills from the services rendered that were "supposedly covered by insurance" Ridiculous!!! Hire people that know better and are experienced or this business will run itself straight to the ground!!!! Describe your experience

Absolutely the best experience ive had in a doctors office since this obamacare ruined the medical practice. Did a walk-in( from my last experience with an obamacare insurance plan i expected to be there at least 4 hrs!) after i completed my paperwork was seen within 20 minutes. Staff is excellent, very friendly, very accommodating and very caring. Doctor(and i wish i could remember all the staff names) asked in depth questions, didnt just want to give me a prescription and be done(as my last experience with a certain place on bird rd) went a step beyond to order x-rays in case of any possible health. concerns. For 2 years i had obamacare silver plan for preferred medical and was treated like cattle. The md of this practice is harris mones and even though he wasnt the one seeing me, he stepped out of his office, saw a new face, and came up to me personally to ask me questions and to give me a card with his cell phone number in case of emergency. I never do reviews for anybody but this type of service and professionalism deserves to be shared. If there are any doubts about the authenticity of this review i will be happy to provide you with a cell phone number so you can contact me to verify this.

Estafadores ! Dos malas experiencias a pague la Primera vez el co payment y cobran al seguro eso me parece bien pero tenía que ir la segunda vez volver por mis resultados médicos me hicieron pagar de nuevo otro co payment y cobrarle al seguro, a mi esposo le hicieron pagar una vacuna de tétano y el seguro llamo para Preguntar por qué no cubrió y le dieron una respuesta no justificable, tenemos cubierto el mejor seguro privado. mi esposo es fiscal federal contra delitos de salud pública pero esta que es privada hacen estafas tengan mucho cuidado !!!!

They were HORRIBLE! Made me pay the pretty $135 consultation fee in advance (I later understood why) which was okay as long as I got my prescription after being seen... (I told them I was military and deploying the next day) Had to wait an hour and a half sitting on the examination chair (I dont know why since it was pretty slow) all I needed was a prescription I would get filled and start taking right away. They OBLIGATED me to pay over $300 in unnecessary labwork that would anyway not be ready until after 1-2 weeks in order to give me the prescription that same day... So its main purpose cannot be other than to bleed you even more with unnecessary services... They wont work with Tricare (no wonder Tricare wont take these vampires) Besides the short tempered PAs attitude (yeah no MD present) and them messing up the prescription strength (which I realized at the pharmacy and now taking wrong strength til I can get a new prescription...) I would say; SKIP THIS PLACE!!!

I moved to a new part of Miami and found Dr. Mones on Google and decided to see him because of his good reviews. Dr. Mones is a great doctor and has a great staff and office. Theres never an appointment necessary and theres usually very little wait. If you call ahead, theyre good about giving you an estimated wait time and his staff is very efficient. Since theyre an Urgent Care facility, certain things can be a little tricky with insurance but its not usually a problem. Ive been seen by Dr. Mones and two of his P.As and theyve all been great. Dr. Mones always gives his cell phone number to patients and they have really good hours. I also like the level of technology in the office; he uses one of those dictation headphones and speaks all your information into the computer, which is nice because you can hear and verify everything hes recording. Last, its in a great location with pretty easy street parking and they have a beautiful fish tank!

ATTENTION DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR!!! THIS DOCTOR IS NOT ONLY A JOKE BUT A BIG WASTE OF MONEY! I CANT BELIEVE I WAITED 3 HOURS FOR HIM TO PRESCRIBE ME TYLENOL AND HE LITERALLY PRINTED STUFF FROM GOOGLE AND GAVE IT TO HIS ASSISTANT TO GIVE IT TO ME. IF I COULD PUT 0 STARS I WOULD. I WASTED MY TIME, MONEY, AND I DONT KNOW WHERE HE GOT HIS DEGREE, I HAD A 102.3 FEVER WHEN I WENT THERE AND HE STILL MADE ME WAIT HOURS TO JUST TELL ME TAKE TYLENOL.SO AGAIN IF YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY, YOU ARE WELCOMED TO GO SEE "DR" MONES. OH AND THE FRONT DESK PEOPLE ARE A JOKE, IT TOTALLY LOOKS THAT THIS DOCTOR ONLY HIRED THEM FOR THEIR LOOKS, THEY WERE EVEN PLAYING AROUND LIKE KIDS WHILE I WAITED WITH A FEVER, TERRIBLY SICK IN A ROOM! NEVER AGAIN! , oh AND IT IS SO OBVIOUS THAT ALL THE GOOD REVIEWS THIS CRAPPY DOCTOR HAS ARE PROBABLY FRIENDS OF THE YOUNG GIRLS THAT WORK THERE . WHAT A SHAME!
