i removed this post earlier this morning after receiving a call from this office saying I had no right... Again threatening to drop me as a patient if I did not... So I did. That was about 10:32am then I just received another call @ 3:31pm saying I needed to remove the entire post or they would drop me as a patient and rescind prior authorization that has been sent so I can get the rest of my meds... I explained to them that I had tried and so they said they see where I had removed my comments but the needed me to change the star to at least a 3 or 4. I replied to her why would I do that when I was not satisfied with the treatment. She said the dr. Wants it change so I asked to speak with the dr. However, he is busy with patients t least that is what I was told. I am hurt, bothered and disgusted no one deserves to be treated this way. If they drop me as a patient they are doing me a favor. But how dare they demand I remove my written expressed right to comment on the care and lack of professional service I received. She said since I refused they would drop me so here is my repost of events leading up to this unfair treatment... I have been waiting for my treatment to be completed which only required a pre authorization for the prescription to be filled completed and sent calling 2x per day morning/evening to check on status of form. Well I just called again second time today and was told it was processed. So I asked if I should pick the form up to move along processed and was told it has been processed and I dont need to do anything further. I asked to speak to an office manager about being verbally dismissed as if my case is not important. So this other person comes to the phone and says maam you have to stop calling the office we are trying to take care of patients, I told her I know that and after being under your care for the sat 3 days my treatment plan hasnt been completed yet. Is there something I can do to move along the process. She shut me down abruptly say, if you call again we will have to drop you as a patient. What!!! Hurt & disgusted. God help them. Smh what is this world coming too,! Some go into the medical field to provide assistance, some just for a paycheck. Its unfortunate because Dr. Jacobs seems like a very nice Dr. However his staff could use some training in professionalism and service. I dont wish this on my worst enemy. God help all future and current patients to receive the help they deserve.

When one goes to an urgent care center for a frustrating health condition, one hopes to be treated with respect and consideration, and to leave feeling as though they were under the care of trusted professionals. Yet, as I left this clinic, crying and unbelievably upset, I would say its probably the worst experience with a doctor I have EVER had. Doctor "J" was miserable from the second he walked in, barely looked me in the eye, asked me to give him the "short version" of why I was there, obviously I he did not have time for me. He quickly left the room after the briefest examination. Once my test results came back, he basically said he couldnt tell me anything, and when I asked him to give me his professional opinion, as any discerning patient should, he sarcastically said "Im not a magician" and "Youre asking impossible questions". I then asked what a potential scenario could be if I did not take a certain medication. His response: "Youll probably die." "Well, no, you probably wont die." I then told him my drug allergies, since I recently had very bad reactions to two different antibiotics, and made it clear I was very concerned about being sensitive to yet another antibiotic. He nodded and said he would think about what to prescribe and then left the room and said I could wait at the front counter for his Rx. The nurse then passed me his Rx and the bill, even though I had made it clear that I wanted to discuss the Rx choice with the doctor and review any potential side effects. When I asked to speak with the doctor before checking out, they said he left on lunch break (hence his rushing through the appointment, apparently the mans lunch was a bigger priority) and made me wait another hour for him to return. In the meantime, apparently the nurses were gossiping about me being a "difficult patient", which my boyfriend overheard in the waiting room. If I am a "difficult patient" just because I asked to be treated like a human being, and for the doctor to actually do his job in a thorough and meaningful way, then I cant even imagine how many people have been treated this way. I would not recommend this place to anyone, not even if they were the only clinic in the area. I am surprised this man is even a doctor, for he clearly doesnt care at all about his patients.

I have mixed emotions concerning this post. I have been a patient here for a few years. I have had really good expierences with a few doctors and I have had bad expierences with a few doctors. Now I have had nothing but bad services with the office staff including the office manager. I have a pretty serious condition happening with my back right now and I havent been able to work. I have tried and tried to get them to fill out my paperwork and this has proven to be an extremely difficult task. I have had to pay for the papers to be filled out, I have had to call and call again only to be lied to about certain paperwork. Then was told my paperwork wouldnt be filled out until the end of the month as that was the one time the doctor would be in the office. I went in and paid $1 per page for my records which were incomplete and inaccurate. I also paid $1 per page for my bloodwork results. I went to looking through those results and notices one of my levels was over double what it should be. I was never called or told about this. The paper has a name of a person who reviewed the results so I know it was seen and yet I wasnt told. Its life threatening! And I wasnt told. I am extremely upset with this office and how badly the decline in care and professionalism has gotten. Two years ago I would have recommended this place in a heartbeat, now I recommend NOT

The doctor was great. The office manager; LINDA however should probably not be allowed to speak to customers. She is rude, condescending , and lazy while smiling through her teeth and maintaining a cheerful voice on the phone. I have a strong suspicion I am not the first either to notice this or comment on it. My name is Jeremy Fouts. If the Dr. wishes to hear a full accounting of my complaint he or she may look up my number and call me and ill be happy to explain. She is doing your practices reputation no favors. Were I a new patient I would NOT GIVE THIS PRACTICE ANY OF MY BUSINESS. I would look elsewhere for a practice where the Doctors actually READ THESE REVIEWS and not subject yourself to the whims of a RUDE, LAZY, and INCOMPETENT office manager named LINDA. Sadly, Im sure this will go uncorrected and the Doctors will never know how much business theyve lost due to negative word of mouth about their staff issues. I will be spending my money in the future with whichever one of their competitors has better reviews and a office manager with far less of a glaring personality disorder. DOCTORS: POTENTIAL PATIENTS READ THESE REVIEWS......EVEN IF YOU DONT. Dont go here folks.
