Turned 70 this year and had never been to an eye doctor. The reading glasses sold at drug stores worked fine last 20 yrs. Wife pushed me to get a check-up by a "real" eye doctor and siad I would like her guy Doctor Johnson, so I went for the appointment she had booked for me. Once again, wife was right on all points. I did like Doc Johnson and came to trust him in 1st visit. Left with order in for a new set of custom fitted glasses that have me seeing things I had no idea I was missing(I.e., speed limit and direction signs on the Interstate).

Ive been seeing Dr. Barr for serveal years. I would not trust my eyes to any one else. She truly is the best eye care Dr. around. They have the latest technology. They take their time to make sure you are treated with the Best care. If you need to find a Great Eye Doctor, look no further! Eyecare Plus is the Best! No I dont work for them, But I am a customer, client who gets the best treatment for her eyes. I know that Im well taken care of by Dr. Barr. Thank you all at Eyecare Plus who take such good care of me.

What a pleasure it was to go to Eyecare Plus! They have the nicest staff. a beautiful office and all of the state-of-the-art equipment. The exam was very thorough and when some of my results from the screening seemed off, Dr. Hopkins did a more accurate test and was able to reassure me that my eyes were healthy. Also, I didnt need a prescription for glasses. It was easy to make the original appointment, get my eyes examined, use my Vision Plan, and book my next year eye exam!

This office is a dream come true. The staff genuinely seems happy to be there. First, my appointment was right on time - I love punctual people. Second, I was walked to several eye stations by an associate who was knowledgable and helpful in entering in my medical information for my optometrist. Third, I got along famously with my new optometrist, Dr. Marshburn. She did a thorough exam, review her results, and we both agreed on a plan of care. I will be back, guaranteed.

I have used Dr Johnsons practice for several years and it is always a pleasant experience. The wait is reasonable and the staff is always courteous and caring. They explain insurance coverage in detail and inform me about everything they are doing. Dr Johnson always asks me about my medical concerns and it is clear he wants to be in the loop with my family doctor. I do not see any reason to look elsewhere for my eye care needs. Highly recommended!

Dr. Hopkins was fantastic. She was thorough, knowledgeable, caring and down-to-earth. I have been a patient of Eyecare Plus for 25 years; however, this was my 6-year old daughters first visit...and she had had a very traumatic visit with another practice last year. Although originally hesitant, Dr. Hopkins won her over quickly and now she cannot WAIT to see her again next year. Kudos to Eyecare Plus! Dr. Hopkins is a keeper!

From the time you step into the door until the time you select your contacts or glasses, everyone in the office could not be more friendly. My entire family goes to Dr. Johnson and I feel very confident we are well taken care of. This was the best experience ever regarding eye care. Dr. Hopkins provided excellent explanations to my questions and made me feel like I was a much appreciated patient. I was somewhat apprehensive about this visit since my last one was 3 years ago which is too long. However, everyone was very pleasant, helpful, and made me feel as if I was a part of their family. Dr. Barr is awesome. I was fortunate enough to have her catch tears in my lattice work which were precursor to retinal detachment. She took immediate action and got me to a surgeon (Georgia Retina) within the hour. I was able to have emergency laser surgery which pre-empted the detachment. Kudos to Dr. Barr and EyeCare Plus!!! Can not say Thank You too many times.

Dr. Barr and the entire staff deliver exceptional care, professionalism, and knowledge. They diagnosed a serious vision problem on an emergency" basis and referred me to a retina specialist who saw me the same day, likely preventing blindness. I cant praise Dr. Barr and Dr. Johnson enough for their patient care.
