I had a awesome experience at Jackson Eye. Dr. Jackson was very informative about my eye health and had no problem talking with me through my evaluation as well as my daughters evaluation. The staff was also wonderful!! I have been looking for an "eye care home" and I have found it. My daughter is super excited about her glasses....Also might I add the selection of glasses and brands are also great, exactly what I have been looking for. Thank you Dr. Jackson, to you and your team.

I went to Dr Jackson for a comprehensive eye exam and contact lens fitting. Her staff is very professional and friendly. The ladies at the front move quickly to together you to the back and all the the latest technology is used. Dr. Jackson is extremely knowledgeable and explains why your vision is is the way it is. This practice also carries the latest most fashionable frames. I recommend this practice to anyone in need of a good exam!

I woke up from a nap and realized I had fluid leaking from my eye! I ran to the mirror and saw that I had a small bug stuck in my eye! Freaky right? I called Dr. Jackson and she came into the office on her day off just to service me. She was able to remove the bug from my eye very quickly. I appreciate her going out of her way to help me in the event of my emergencey. I highly recommend her, shes awesome!

This was my first visit. I am not pleased. I was lied to about a rebate I was to receive. When I called the office to complain, I was brushed off. I feel cheated and can do nothing about it. I had several people ask me about this office, and I told them do not go. The doctor is good, but the people she has implementing the business are total liars.

Dr. Jackson was very professional. She explained everything she was doing and why she was doing it. The wait was minimal and the exam time not super lengthy. The office is extremely clean and very modern. I am thrilled that she is in the community, and I would highly recommend her to others. I am taking my entire family to see her.

I must say that this is a lovely establishment and the Dr, along with her assistant are very polite and helpful.I was able to use my health insurance to get a very nice pair of eyeglasses and sunglasses. I am very excited about the years to come with Jackson Eye!!!!!!! Highly Recommend
