My appt was at 10a and I waited over 2 hours to see the doctor and another hour spent doing exam (15 minutes) and labs. The office staff even took someone ahead of me with an appt at 1030a. When I asked why that person went ahead of me, there was no answer and no apology. I specifically went to her because she no longer delivered babies and thought I would no longer have long waits. Not the case. I was extremely disappointed. I also had a problem with a missed period and a negative pregnancy test. I called the office to see if I could get lab work drawn......the answer was no and I had to make an appt with the doctor. Next available appointment was 3 weeks out. I explained that I needed to go out of town related to a death in the family and wanted to make sure there wasnt something more going on like an ectopic. They didnt care. I called my primary care doctor who got me in right away. EXTREMELY disappointed.

Dr. Clemens has been my doctor for over 14 years. She is caring and extremely knowledgable, especially about menopause. Over the years, I have found her staff to be a little difficult at times, but it is worth whatever inconvenience in order to see her. One problem I would like to see resolved is that they will not call to remind you of an appointment. After all these years, I consider her a friend and a trusted confident about any gynecological problem. I like her so much that I will continue to drive to see her even after I move away from the Atlanta area.I highly recommend her.

I was so angry this morning when I went to my appt but did not have my ins card. I told the front desk that my ins payor would fax them the info that is on the card. After attending this ofc for over 8 years now I was told I had to reschedule til I get my card. Please someone tell me the difference from my ins card and the info on paper. If I was a new patient maybe I would understand. I see they are more concern on how my insurance info come over to them than the reason I was there in the first place. :-( So disappointed in that office.

Dr. Clemens is wonderful but her staff is the most rudest, nasty women I have encountered. And the glass window makes the whole environment very unpleasant. I was recommended to her but unfortunately because of her staffs behavior, I will be leaving. A smile and a bit of friendliness goes a long way.

Love, love, love Dr. Clemens! I have been seeing her for many years. Great doctor and very personable. Her staff, however, needs to improve their customer service skills.

I liked Dr. Clemens very much...her staff is awful. They are so uncooperative and combative. Thats why Im leaving. Sad, good Dr, crappy support staff.
