I had a drug screen performed at this location, for a travel job. I was at the office on Tuesday, Dec. 2 at 10:15 a.m. The office was extremely disorganized. I called on Thursday to ask for information and was told they couldnt release any information, including whether the specimen was in the system. I had planned to leave for my next destination on Friday, but delayed that to Saturday. I delayed my start date to Tuesday, costing both me and the company money. I went to a different location for a second test on Friday afternoon (3:30 pm) and the results were back by 8:30 Monday morning. The results on this test are still not back. The specimen has obviously been lost. The only reason this location received 1 star is that I was not allowed to give none.

Waited over an hour to have my sons blood drawn. Technician didnt want to do it because he isnt even a year old so she had the manager do it. It took a coupke tries and alot of crying and fighting. After a long struggle finally got all the viles filled and signed for. after three weeks with no word on results to my dr i called and they had no clue what i was talking about and claimed they had never drawn his blood and pretended like i was basically crazy instead of just admitting they lost it!! Now i have to go thru the whoke process again and put my son thru yet another blood draw, some where else of course! Never again will i use quest!

Arrived at 4:33PM. Someone finally came to the window at 4:38PM. I was told that even though they dont close until 5PM, I would have to come back the next day. I left a little irked. It would have been nice if their website had said something about the cutoff. Its posted on the door, but that obviously doesnt help to avoid the problem. It seemed to me the staff just wanted to get out of there. I would too if my job was to deal with other peoples bodily fluids all day, but this is the role theyve accepted. A little regard for the inconvenience their strict adherence to policy was causing me would have been nice.

Have visited the Plano lab on Communications Parkway 4 - 5 times over past few years. New policy now takes patients credit card up front and theres a new signature required to make sure the blood drawn has the correct name on it. Quest services have always been quite expensive resulting in patient paying for the excess charges that insurance does not cover. Since Quest is so worried about getting their money up front and appears to have had issues with mislabeling their blood, I plan to find another Plano lab to use.

I have been to this location on 3 occasions and each time I have had the same excellent experience. With an appointment booked ahead of time, there was no wait. The technicians are efficient and friendly. I am in and out of there in just minutes. Good parking accommodations also. I shall continue to request that my bloodwork be drawn at the 3801 W. 15th Street, Plano, location.

This place suuuuucks 11:00 appointment I arrive at 10:50. Stood at window with a guy who didnt acknowledge my presence, kept calling others up in front of me as I kept getting further back in line. Lol, by 11:15 it was my turn and this guy makes a remark to me about how I was supposed to be there at 11. Its 1130 and Im still waiting. What a nightmare this place was today....ugh

I arrived at about 7:15 in the morning and waited less than 15 minutes to be called back. The technician, Ernestine, was professional, polite, and very efficient. She was very patient with me as my paperwork did not include some of the necessary information and she needed to collect quite a bit of blood. This is a very positive experience.

Yes ..Baddest Faculty not a good service provider Carol support Dametra and they mentioned they talk to faculty manager and not provide any details..So rude team... is really rude they think they own this place..not helpful so rude...Go with another queste center. agree previous guys review same experience 2 times with my mom. Did a walk-in with my 7 year old around at 7:30am on a Friday. There were a few people ahead of us but we only waited about 15 min. Staff was friendly and professional. They did a good job drawing her blood...got it on the first try. Facility was easy to find and parking was available. I was satisfied overall.

The automated sign in is extremely frustrating as the device is not very sensitive and took multiple tries to figure it out. Receptionist is rude and inconsiderate, would give this a one star but did like my lab tech. Highly recommend visiting a different quest location.

Baddest faculty staff delays all appointment and if you delay 1 min. mentioned book next appointment again on phone...So rude staff Name Dametra and Carol and baddest member so rude...Go with another quest center not preferable.

The staff was nice and interacted pleasantly with our daughter. We were in and out in 30-45 min on a Sat. Our daughter who usually struggles/fights with medical testing was good, upset and crying, but good about it.

This location deserves more than 5 stars. They had to draw 8 tubes of blood from my 2 year old son and they did an awesome job. Very nice and caring people, we had never had this kind of service at any other lab.

Made an appointment for a blood draw. I was in there all of 2-3 minutes and on my way. Easy peasy. Blood draws are never anybodys favorite thing to do unless youre a vampire, but my experience was very good.

I go early and have never had to wait more than a few minutes. The blood draw was done in a professional and painless manner. The experience was as good as going to have blood drawn can be.

Why is the receptionist taking blood? Needed pick something up. Should have taken 10 seconds and I shouldnt have to wait 45 minutes for them to reach over hand me something.

I did a walk in. I went in at 7.20, was called in at 7.40 which was fine. Blood draw was also done properly. I went on a Wednesday. So it was not crowded.
