Just took my 5 year old daughter here to get her blood drawn for some labs ordered by her doctor. My daughter usually gets hysterical anytime needles are involved but Resina did so great with her. She was very quick, gentle, and kept my baby talking. My baby had minimal tears and this was her best experience getting anything done involving needle. If you have to take a kid ask for her is possible. Thanks so much! It was also very quick when we went. In and out in about 15-20 mins if that.

I picked this location because it was closer to me but I will never be back. No one even came to the front desk for over 10 minutes after I arrived on time for my appointment. I heard staff loudly discussing personal issues before they even came out and helped the two people there before me. One of the other patients was crossed off the list despite not being called. Completely disorganized and unprofessional.

I was told locate a Quest of my choice lacation. I get a list along with direct dial phone number along with photo of type building to look for. Lat but not lease a link to there website. Plus an alert if my location to Quest location does not cause me to arrive after closing. Great savings on time and gas expense. Thank for service above and beyond.

The most awful customer service experience Ive had in years, I will never come back and I will strongly recommend you NOT to go there. I went there for an insurance examination and was attended by Rita who was beyond rude. If possible find somewhere else to do any medical exams.

Slow and aRita was very RUDE!! Came in for a pre employment drug screen (I was ready to pee in the cup). Over an hour wait .... not nearly fast enough for someone whose bladder is ready to explode. Its incredibly frustrating to watch people that came in after you go before you.

The staff is nice but the wait time seems unnecessarily long. Seems like there is a lot of personal talking going on among staff while patients are waiting in the waiting room. But the staff is friendly and there are usually not many people waiting.

I went here for pre-employment urine drug screening. I walked in without an appointment and the whole process was finished in under 20 minutes. They were quick, professional, and did everything by the book. I was pleased with the whole process.
