Absolutely the worst service of my life. I came here to get a drug screen for a job. I entered the room, smiled at the nurse working the check-in desk and asked her about her day. She didnt respond even though she was looking straight as me. I started to fill out the sign-in sheet and again asked how she was doing and she very sharply said "Fine. Sign the paper." Then she asked me if I had my additional paperwork. I asked her what paperwork and she rolled her eyes and said the paperwork that was sent in my confirmation email. I said that there was no attached document in my email and pulled up my email to show her what I was sent. She completely blew it off and said "You didnt follow instructions. I dont need to here your speel because I know what YOU did wrong." She continued on stating, in a very accusatory manner, how this was my fault while pointing her finger at me. I was left speechless. When it was my turn to enter the back room to take my test, she said to put my bags in a cabinet. My cellphone was in my pocket so I asked if that needed to be locked away as well. She gave a heavy sigh and with obvious annoyance said "I said everything." Luckily, a second nurse came to take care of my test and she was much better. She seemed cold at first but ultimately warmed up and was pleasant. However, while I was on my way out, the first nurse was acting just as rudely to an Indian couple trying to do the same thing as me. I will NEVER come back here. Ever.

I never been more disrespected in a health care setting. The nurse took less than five seconds to instruct me of what to do, then once she realized I had done something wrong, she looked at me with disgust and mumbled about how I was getting a job with my lack of an ability to follow directions. After I apologized many times, she rudely and blatantly wrote a note on my test that I had intentionally not followed instructions and was not compliant. Soon after she scorned me for failing to follow the instructions that she didnt actually give, she told me to leave. All in all, it was the worst experience I have ever had in a lab.

Nearly everyone here was rude upon arrival and during the bulk of the visit. I was sent with orders for many tests. 2 tests were forgotten but were charged so I had to go back again to have the missing test done. Once we settled into the actual blood draw they were pleasent and neither time hurt at all, so thats a plus. Mary was professional and helpful for the entirety of the visit which was a relief. I can understand their stress since they are understaffed but i didnt appreciate it. I went in the morning each time and wait times were not bad.

Last time I gave up after 40 minutes with no one ever coming out. I am now 2nd in line at opening with a total of 8 people waiting. One person does paperwork and draws blood these places are so understaffed as to make wait times intolerable. I am going to do everything I can to convince my Doctor to make other arrangements. This is a systematic problem I had same experience in Chicago when I lived there.

Did not believe the reviews but i had a bad experience too. Even though i arrived well before the cutoff time, they made me feel like they didnt really want to see me and I was cutting in on their relaxing time. Bad customer service and I will never go to this location again. I hope they close it down.

My experience was short lived. My husband and I were in and out in no less than 10 mins. The sample taker was very matter of fact. This is not a social opportunity, if you want that, go elsewhere. If you want a job stay clean and keep it moving.

Customer service is nonexistent. Staff is incredibly rude. The television played inappropriate work stations. Terrible experience exasperated by people who dont seem to care. I expected more from a location associated with Baylor.

If there is an option to go to another facility, go. The staff here is nonexistent for one, rude when they are there, and uninformative. They provide zero notice about procedures, and are completely unhelpful in the process.

We have used this location couple of times, the staff is very professional and friendly. The facility is clean and easy to access, plenty low cost parking available on the side streets.
