The lady was not very welcoming from the outset and stated that she didnt know what bottles I would need for the tests, making me feel that that was my fault. As a healthcare professional, she didnt show much professionalism. Theres a way to word things. I will admit that she did do some research and got what I needed, but looked very annoyed that I had bothered her.

The woman who works the front is very unprofessional. Shes speaking with her co workers about her child custody case and the whole waiting room can hear her. Just very unprofessional. Keep your work life and home life separate. Really makes you question who is running the show here. Ive managed medical offices and this is unacceptable.

Called with some simple questions - answered with a VERY rude tone from whomever was on the other end of the phone, for no reason at all. Talked to me like I was the dumbest person in the world. They sadly probably couldnt care less how they treat their patients.

Be sure youre not trying to go to the 4510 ste212 location. Luckily they have a sign on the door with the alt address, just be aware that there are two LabCorps. That being said, 4201 Medical Center Dr location smells weird and Im glad I didnt go inside.

Horrible!!! Stood in line for over 20 minutes while the employees gabbed, and revealed confidential medical test info in the lobby. Unprofessional, incompetent, unapologetic and actually snide when I calmly reminded them that I had an appointment!
