The Casa Linda office is always professional and efficient. The waiting room moves along at a reasonable rate of speed. (FIFO) I ask my doctor to transmit the lab test requisitions to Quest, near my home, at least a week before my scheduled doctors appointment. Then he already has the test results for my physical exam. I do not have to wait a week for my doctors final report. Without exception, however, the Quest office is locked during their lunch hour.

Do not go to this location. The nurse that oversees this facility has been late on both occasions, the facility is not welcoming, and the nurse herself has a mean demeanor and does not seem qualified. When I went, she had to prick me 2 or 3 times and I eventually got dizzy and passed out. Go to the Mesquite location and see Audria. The Mesquite location is warm, comforting, bright and has a pleasent staff. It is only 15 min away from this location.

Very slow and inefficient. Required multiple trips just to drop off a sample because of various reasons such as they couldnt find my paperwork etc. Sample drop off requires waiting in the same line as those getting labs done.
