HORRIBLE!! Dr. Bracken is one of the worst, most unprofessional doctors I have ever seen. In our counseling session, she talked more about herself & her own problems than she listened to us, she seemed very scatterbrained & flighty, she kept forgetting what we told her & asked us to repeat things a lot, & focused a lot more on payment than on any kind of treatment plan. We paid by card our first session, but apparently she only recorded the info & didnt run the card, so we had no idea it got declined til I called to reschedule an appt, at which point she proceeded to berate me for several minutes about this, even though I had told her I had an alternate form of payment & could take care of it right then. She was rude & condescending, didnt listen, & when she was satisfied with how much she chastised me for this simple mistake, she took down my new card #, repeated the number back to me out loud, & THEN informed me that she was in a session with another client. So that whole unnecessarily harsh conversation & her repeating my credit card info out loud happened in front of a patient, while in the middle of their session. I was absolutely shocked & appalled by this. This woman is awful, unhelpful, rude, & just all-around a terrible doctor who I will NEVER go back to again.

The office personnel has very poor PR skills and out of touch with humanity. Theres absolutely no way to speak to someone that works in the office directly. All calls are taken by an answering service and by the time someone contacts you, its 48 to 72 hours later. Thats unacceptable! Theres no reason why this is the only Dr.s office you call and never get the opportunity to speak with office personnel the same day. My daughter has been treated here for several years and nothing has changed. The staff are not doing absolutely nothing when you walk in the office, so Im not understanding why the phone cant be answered. Its apparent they DONT want to be bothered with helping others. Im going to find another psychiatrist and I suggest you do the same! Fed up!

Have been taking our kids to Dr. Bracken for years. They have always been accommodating to our needs. I know that we have been to other offices that have not been. The front office has always done their best for my family. I have seen the other reviews and do not understand the issues that they seem to have. Unfortunately, when dealing with healthcare and in particular mental healthcare, we have seen that being impatient and expecting miracle solutions just doesnt happen. It takes time and persistence. Dr. Bracken does take the time to do what she can to help and she really does care about people and our kids.

This dr is ok I have only seen her one time but you can never speak with anyone in the office. They have a answering service that answers all their calls, never give correct info and it takes over 24 hrs to get a call back.

Shes good, but her Office staff in inept. Dont wait until you are out of meds to get a refill. You may be deceased by the time they get it straightened out.
