I had an appointment for labs for life insurance. I arrived a few minutes early. There was no one at the desk when I signed in and I had to wait 30 minutes before even being acknowledged. The nurse was cordial but insisted in drawing blood from my left arm (despite me telling her my doctor draws from the right arm due to small veins in my left). Now, 3 days later my left arm is yellow and purple where the vein blew afterward. By comparison, you cant even see the needle prick on my right arm where the doctors office took blood the day before. I wish I could post pictures for you. Be cautious when using this facility. Make sure you have an appointment - my wait was only 30 minutes whereas another patient in the waiting room had waited an hour and a half without an appointment. If you know you have bad veins, INSIST they draw from the good one your doctor uses.

Building 101 right next to the pharmacy literally. We went as walk in for some blood drawn for some testing. We arrived at 8:30 am on a Tuesday. Everything was fast and the lady was very helpful in calming my daughter. My daughter hates needles and so the lady wasnt rude or didnt show any hesitation. The rubber band was put on too tight but I guess thats how it should be to see the veins, other than that everything was good. The place looks spotless.

Rudest staff ever dealt with. Treated my mother as if she was totally ignorant and the tech that drew her labs kept rolling her eyes and then kicked her out of the room when she was done. When leaving only one lady was friendly all the others were not. My mom told the tech to relax and was sarcastic told her thanks for the great attitude youre giving me. Never will we go there again.

This place has been a God send! They took me in last minute notice because my doctor needed my glucose TODAY and all others turned me away on top of that the staff was very friendly the waiting room was spacious and made the 3 hour yest go by so much smoother! Ask for Ylonda, she makes a needle feel like a feather, wonderful woman!

Professional and courteous Staff was very prompt and efficient. Yolonda was my tech and I really liked her a lot. She made everything a breeze. I have to get labs done every so often and this is my new favorite place.

Had no appointment walked in on a Wednesday afternoon and was out in less than 15 minutes. The staff was great especially Yvon! Thank you!!

Everyone was very nice! I had to stay for a 3 hour test, they were very quick with each test. I have no complaints!!
