Strongly recommend looking for a different location. Ive been there a few times and have constantly been displeased. 1st time - When trying to book an appointment they wasted my time with generic form information and refused to allow me to book an appointment until demographic and other non essential information was given. Even after I expressed I was short on time and would come early to provide any information they needed. 2nd time Waited almost an hour after my appointment time to see the doctor. if you are expecting to go in and out of the office with an appointment that will not happen. Terrible service.

They are good about getting your appointment set in a fair amount of time. Sometimes the wait for the doctor is long, but its that way in most doctors offices. The receptionist can be pretty rude at times and likes to roll her eyes. Inflated ego for someone working the desk. The doctor I saw loved to talk about himself and not that much about his patient. He was very blunt, without much tact, but he got the job done. I only have to see the doctor for my yearly visit, so I try to ignore the rudeness. If I had to see the doctor often, I might reconsider this office.

My family has been going here for quite sometime but today was our last day. I showed up 13 minutes late for an appointment, admittedly that is my fault. After filling out my check-in form the front office guy goes back to see the doctor and comes out saying that I will have to reschedule since I am now 16 minutes late. Wow. I have sat in this waiting room for more than 15 minutes past my scheduled appointment time before due to the office being behind. My family and I will find another doctors office to goto, hopefully with better customer service.

Ive been coming to Benchmark for my whole life! The doctor who delivered me was with them at their old office and this one briefly, but retired a few years back. I liked the staff overall, and their awesome facilities (on-site bloodwork, x-rays, allergy tests, etc.) so I decided to stay on and now have Ms. Goodall (PAC) as my primary physician and Dr. Parker when needed. Its a 30 minute drive but worth it.

Love PA Ashley Goodall. The whole office is well run and I love having a lab on the premises. The front office staff could be a little warmer and more welcoming, but thats my only concern. I like the online medical portal. So easy to communicate with my caregiver. The medical staff is great!

My family and I have been going to this group for 15 years. If my Dr. cant work us in, someone else will see us. I think they all are very good. Thankful for the after hours clinic, too. Its great to know you will be seen.

Our whole family visits this office and we love doctors here . Most of the time we chose to see Ashley Goodall who is awesome . She has seen my wife and through some very serious health conditions.

The staff is really nice and all of the providers are great. Always take the time to listen to you and what is going on. The after hours clinic is very convenient for my family as well.
