My 18 month old daughter was sick in the early morning on Saturday. The pediatric urgent care I typically take her too was closed and of course our regular doctors office was closed. I debated on taking her to childrens hospital ER, because Ive heard so many people say that in Dallas you have to take your child to either childrens or medical city. However, Texas health got us right in and saw us immediately at 1am in the morning. More symptoms developed over the next day and I was going back and forth in my mind on whether I should take her back to the ER or just wait it out the the next business day which would be Monday. I was not expecting a follow up phone call and certainly NOT FROM THE DOCTOR. But they called. Dr. Allen was more than supportive. She heard me and immediately responded AND talked me through the issue. I AM SO GRATEFUL FOR HER AND THE STAFF! Thank you all for the support and care for my 18 month old. Childrens is not the only medical support in this metroplex. Texas health has certainly gained my health care business going forward.

Took both of my daughters to their regular doctor and they told us they had allergies. A couple of days later they got a lot worse and I just didnt want to wait till Monday so we took them in and were greeted and all of our questions were answered. We only had to wait 30 min. But we were offered something to drink. They were very patient and sweet with my 2 year old and 8 month old and got right down to the problem and sent home with antibiotics. When we left we got a little goody bag with suckers ,stickers, etc. Next week we got a little hand written note for each of the girls hoping they feel better:) very personable, we will definitely go here from now on instead of lakepointe hospital!!

Is there any other Doctor that works in this establishment besides "Dr."Troy Miller?!?! Ive been here twice for myself and once for my toddler. The bedside manner, belittling, rude, unprofessional and unaccommodating way he speaks and has treated me is beyond unacceptable. I will not be returning to this ER ever. Id rather drive the 30 minutes it takes to get to the nearest hospital in the future. This ER is in such a convenient location and was very much needed in the area. Too bad its been inflated with pompousness and arrogance. I only gave it 2 stars because of the no wait time. Cleanliness/newness. And the nurses whom I felt sorry for.

DO NOT GO TO THIS FACILITY!! They get you in the office to collect your co-pay and bill your insurance only to inform you once youre in the room that they cannot help you! I even called in advance to see if they were going to be able to help and they said yes come on in only to turn around and tell me that they could NOT help! This place is a complete scam just to bill your insurance! If you truly have an emergency, go directly to a hospital. I wish I would have read the other reviews before going here! Apparently, there are several reviews with similar problems about how this facility and staff are nothing but "crooks"!

I was feeling very sick and as soon as I walked in I was welcomed with a smile by the lady in the front and I was only asked for my ID and insurance card and it took less than 2 minutes for them to call me in. I honestly cannot say enough about how amazing and professional everyone was. Positive attitudes even at 3am. Dr. Koen was very sweet and helpful. Compassionate & courteous experience. I was very pleased with the fast and friendly staff. I was in and out with no wait. And best of all, they called the next morning to check up on me and to thank me for choosing them. How sweet!! I totally recommend

Horrible experience. They dont tell you that you are at an "Emergency Room" and refuse to take your co-payment (well bill you later is what I was told) from your health care provide but surprise two months later when yo receive a bill for $1,614 All that they did was run a culture to see if I had Strep A which I didnt and then sent me away with 5 days of steroids to take. Not to mention that they left me in the room for 45 minutes due to their "printer not working properly". If youve got money to throw away go for it but Ill never go again. Much professional service and treatment at CareNow.

While their advertisement suggests that they are a standard clinic, we were shocked to discover that the bill after insurance for a 10 minute visit to diagnose bronchitis was over $600. We will not be going back there. There are clinics as good with significantly lower charges within a few blocks. When we called to question the bill they quickly reduced it to $500 without question suggesting that they already have procedures to respond to their outrageous billing practices. I would be quick to lower my prices too when the "reduced" price is still 4 times what other clinics charge.

Worst DR. EVER! HE knew what he was going to diagnose me with before he even came into the room! You have what everyone else has...then tests me and I dont and discharges me before speaking to me!!! Get out of practice before you kill someone...diagnose patients properly...do not give them a blanket diagnoses! Ill never go back!

They were amazing. I cant say enough about how wonderful they were. There was no wait, which is nice when you are very sick. They were fully equipped to meet my needs. Most importantly, the service, care, and the attitudes of the medical personnel was all exceptional. I recommend them and (if it is necessary) I will return.

I found the facility to be clean, neat and quiet. Staff asked about my complaint, then explained the likely outcomes. Staff explained their diagnostic strategy, along with findings. My situation was explained and I was given appropriate materials and sent on about my business.

Awesome! I brought my one year old son in and they were immediately there to help me. The lady at the front was so nice and helpful. The brought him back quickly to be seen. Very awesome staff, friendly and professional! Would recommend to anyone! We even got a goodie bag!:)

Terrible service and rip off, still not healed and they are billing me another 400 dollars after I paid up front 250 for office visit. All for a rash, which I still have, gave 10 antibiotic pills..crooks!!
