We actually left because they took three walk-ins who came in right before our appointment (for which we were 15 minutes early.) Twenty minutes AFTER our appointment was scheduled, the receptionist told us she had just started working on entering into the computer the paperwork wed turned in 40 minutes earlier, and that after that was done, wed see the doctor. NOPE. If you give preferential treatment to walk-ins over those who took the time to schedule an appointment, just dont take appointments. Abysmal experience, and we didnt even see the doctor. Go anywhere else.

They were great to me. Helped me as far as my old glasses broke in the store and I need special lenses due to my stigmatism and they were able to figure out a way to get me a pair of glasses so I can see. I believe it was the manager that shook my hand and told me thank you for what you do as I am Emt around this are. Not many people will do that

Just left from here and they went above and beyond to get my daughter in glasses today! Hers got ran over by a lawn mower and she has a stigmatism in one eye and they didnt have her lense in today so about 5 different employees worked together and called another store so she would have glasses today!!!! Excellent customer service!!!

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a vision experience. Never have I had to return 3 times and I still dont have the right prescription in my glasses. Unfortunately I would strongly not recommend them for their service.

Horrible experience at the vision works in particular. I got transitions and they didnt even put them on and they charged me. I advise all to go to the West Town Mall VisionWorks instead...

Just left visionworks turkey Creek and 5 stars isnt a high enough eating. I saw doctor Farmer. Efficient. Fast but thorough. Friendly staff. Very fair prices. I highly recommend.
