My visit to Briggs Vision Group Optique was an all around exceptional experience. The staff are friendly, especially the secretary called Alicia, the customer service is exceptional, and they repaired my glasses free of charge. Not only did Crista, one of the nicest people Ive encountered at any vision center, repair and fit my glasses to perfection, she went over and beyond the call of duty, saving me time and money, by comparing my new prescription to that of my old only to inform me that they were virtually the same--meaning I walked out of the door with a virtually new pair of glasses without spending a single buck. In my book, that simply doesnt happen these days. I highly recommend this facility to any person looking to be treated like a human being rather than a walking dollar sign. Cheers!

I have been a customer of Briggs Vision for many years and will continue to do business with them. They are always knowledgeable, professional, courteous and do everything possible to ensure I have the best possible experience. If I need my glasses adjusted, they are always friendly and helpful. If I need an exam or new glasses, getting an appointment is simple and they always help me choose just the right glasses. Dr. Smith helped diagnose a disease I had that showed symptoms in my eyes. I could have lost my eyesight if it had gone on longer. He spent almost 2 hours with me, ensuring I received immediate medical care, and I will never forget the time and compassion he provided that day. I will always go back to Briggs Vision.

Briggs Vision Group is the best! My family and I have been going there for years because they are very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We are able to get appointments when we need them and can walk in whenever for adjustments. They remember us and are always happy to help. They have a great selection of glasses for the whole family.
