I happened to be in Chelsea for a music event. One of the earpiece for my glasses was broke it was driving me crazy. As we were walking around mainstreet we came across Cherry Optometry and the friend i was with suggested that we stop in to see if they could help. I had my doubts because it was 10 minutes till they closed. The staff was great. They were friendly, helpful and simply amazing. They suggested we check out the original safe in the building while they worked on my glasses. They came up with a temporary repair that fixed the problem not only that night but for the last two weeks. When I went to see my optometrist they said thats great work. So besides the fantastic service the quality of work they did was verified by a competitor. If my experience was even the slightest indication of what you can expect from complete care I would not hesitate to use their services. As a matter of fact if my doctor ever retires I may drive all the way to Chelsea for service.

Absolutely the friendliest, most courteous, flexible, professional experience I have ever had at an Eye Care provider. I would travel far and wide to receive service like I had at Cherry Optometry. Dr. Koch brightened my day with her attitude and personality. Even today when she had someone new training and was doing it all herself she was still patient, pleasant and professional - what a treat! It would be a serious mistake to go anywhere else. - Thanks Dr. Koch!!

Cherry Optometrry is outstanding. Dr. Paula Koch takes time to understand and meet her patients needs. Her staff are really nice people and the office operations run very smoothly. I would highly recommend Cherry Optiometry, particularly for someone who has felt rushed through the system at other optometry practices or for those who just want to be treated by staff who care about their patients.
