I always run into the inconvenience of their "machine" being broken. This happens ALL of the time, and to me it seems as though for this to be a business that specializes in glasses they would have some type of backup plan rather than not making your lens at all. But does it matter to them? No, because they have already obtained your payment & gotten your hopes up. Which seems to leave the customer at a disadvantage when they pride themselves on being done with your glasses within an hour. My sister told the sales associate that Lens crafters always takes up to at least a week. He proceeded to guarantee that they are done in an hour. Soon after we paid the sales pitch changed from one hour to some hours. But that is not the worst part, we received no call from them when our first pair of glasses were done. We walked the mall to pass time had to check on our order. My sunglasses were not ready, & i was informed that they would be ready in 30 minutes, but i knew that was a lie. So i proceeded to go home and carry out other task and returned to Lens Crafters around 7. I was then told that the machine was broken and that they would call me when they were done. i feel as though if you have a policy of calling your customers you should also inform them when your machine breaks and etc. it has gone on 24 hours and i still have not received any news. My mother had to call so that we could hear the story of "maybe it will be working on Sunday." But the issues lies that you took my money on Friday and i have yet to receive a product or a courtesy call. Which as a paying customer this is unacceptable and this is poor customer service.

After waiting and coming back to pick up my glasses near closing time. I asked politely may I use the ladies room. I was told in a arrogant tone . We dont have public restrooms and to go next door to Dillards. First and foremost as a paying customer myself or anyone should not be spoken too or treated in a belittling tone. More importantly customers should have appropriate accommodations because after all it is or I would think a professional establishment I am not the public but a paying customer. Would a child or elderly individual be treated with the same poor taste in lack of customer service? Corporate was notified and apologized as well as agreed that this action was disgusting. Stonecrest lenscrafters was notified and Not as of yet a reply was given. I wanted to come back this week to purchase more glasses and contact lenses but I will go were I am considered human and treated with dignity . If you cant support your own neighborhood then go where you know you will be treated correctly.

I wont be returning to the Lenscrafters Stonecrest location. I just bought new glasses from here only to get home to notice that there were inperfections in my lenses (small bubbling) and the adjustments the lab tech (not the general service staff) did for me was poorly done. The frames did not sit correctly on my face and caused pressure on my nose. There should be no lense quality issues with brand new glasses, nor should there be frame discomfort after getting adjustments. The were a few other issues (yet minor) that I experienced at this location, but overall I was unsatisfied with my new glasses. I visited another Lenscrafters location the following day and was able to do a full exchange at no cost (new frames same style and brand and new lenses). Everything was assembled correctly at that location.

They wasted a lot of our time and then could not make the glasses the same day, much less an hour. It took four days of delaying. (Probably got them made in China). Dont go here unless you like businesses that lie.

Been wearing glasses since I was 8yrs old and never have service so often they do not contact customers keep you updated on anything services awful and they should close that location
