I bet the last positive review was from a friend or relative of the office members!!! I spent all week trying to speak with someone to schedule a simple appointment and day after day no one answers. Left voice message and they dont return the call. Sent an email requesting an appointment and that too got ignored! I finally got through today and they are offering an appointment almost one month from now!!!! Asked if they could at least refill my sons meds....noooo....he has to be seen first! What in the world am I supposed to do until then? My son has ADD and cant focus too well without the meds. This is the worst office when it comes to customer service and efficiency!!!!

My son has been going there going on three years and Dr Gudapati, I feel doesnt really do much for him. All she does is spend maybe 15 minutes talking to him in my presence and adjusting, or not, his medications. Her staff is the worst, it almost seems she hires he staff based on their lack of people skils. Also, this office charges for everything, what I mean is, if you need a document filled for work or excuse from jury duty shell charge soemwhere in the vacinity of $25 to $30. shes already getting paid good money from insurances for 15 minutes of work and she wants more to fill out a simple form. Im looking around for something better.

Is there a way to rate this business lower than one star? I have had two appointments at Sunny Hills and both have been a nightmare. The office staff provides the worst customer service and does not seem to care- and theyre rude about it. The doctor I saw did not listen to what I said regarding symptoms or my concerns about medication affordability, and did not appear willing to discuss different medications. This office had the earliest available appointment out of the 8 or so I called- I should have waited the 2+ months to be seen by just about anyone else. Ill be looking for a new doctor ASAP- dont waste your time with this place.

Dr. Gudapati schedules her appointments very close to each other. This is our second visit, the first time we waited over an hour, this time we have been waiting 45 min past our appointment time. Dr. Gudapati seems to be very nice though. Expect to wait awhile. **UPDATE** Gudapati is absolutely horrible. She has no respect for her patients. She books appts as early as at 8:30am and doesnt show up for 2 hours. Knowing her patients need their medication, she has them wait. What decent person does that? None, thats who. We will look other places for a psychiatrist. I recommend YOU do the same.

My son has been coming here for several years and while initially I thought wed found the right place Ive come to realize that there is not much benefit here for him. Dr. Gudapati has always been very nice but the 15 minutes she spends with him talking about his day hardly seems like it scratches the surface. Also the staff is horrendous. Ive left 4 messages to make him an appointment and get one of his mess refilled and no one has bothered to call me back. Its time to move on, dont waste your time.

The office staff is horrible! The only reason I havent switched doctors is because of how much of a pain it is to basically start all over. The staff hardly EVER responds to pharmacy requests for refills. They rarely answer phones. They lose orders and paperwork. And this has been going on for a long time. Oh yeah, and their website never works. 500 Internal Error. They tell you that you can make appointments by going to the site, but its rarely even up!

Horrible staff who has embarrassed, humiliated and caused me unnecessary schedule and financial complications. The staff is intentionally rude and inconsiderate. Dont go there if you dont like to be made fun of in front of other people. There are Kenny of other PROFESSIONALS out there besides this horribly run office. Ive never met such cold hearted people, let alone in a medical office.

While I have no problem with my doctor, Gudapati. The office staff, there is no real "Client Service" concern or urgency. Why leave a message, no one will return the call. Ive been without my medication ran out, because the lack of urgency to get things done! Since a week ago the pharmacy has requested the dr to call my insurance Co. still waiting. Time to find another place

I love this place. Front office personnel are warm and very efficient. The therapist I see is top notch. It is hard to imagine where the low reviews came from. They have been great for me and have never screwed up insurance paperwork or been impolite. Granted, I do not see Dr. Gudapati for a quickie appointment/medication refill. I am there for therapy.

Ive been waiting for 5 months to receive medication. The office staff is terrible at calling me back, following up with my insurance, and basically have failed at helping me get medication. Everytime I call, Im told they will follow up with my insurance and call me back. Ive never received any calls or help. Its a shame because the doctor was nice.

Front desk is rude and I waited an hour just to see the Dr. for literally 5 minutes before refilling me prescription. Will not be going back. Terrible experience
