Same as with previous reviewer, the "doctor" spent most of his time looking and typing on his computer. Horrible bedside manner. I went in for a annual check up. he listened to my heart and lungs so quickly that I know he didnt get a good reading. He literally ran the stethoscope cross my back and didnt stop to hear much less tell me to take a deep breath like they usually do. He was saying bye to me when I stopped him and told him I had some complaints that I needed him to check. I had to also tell him my other doctors changed my meds. I mean really! He was ending our visit without asking me what meds Im taking. I feel bad for the people that see him. Most people there are non English speaking and Im sure they dont know how to complain or stand up and get proper care. I will not see him again. I dont know what his title is buy he is an Asian man named Tony

1st and last time me and my husband ever go there. I cannot even give one star for overall experience. Horrible customer service, especially by front office staff. I work at Childrens Hospital of Orange County (CHOC Hospital) and know for a fact none of those girls would make it through one day in our clinics with that horrible customer service. The back office staff were a bit nicer (reason for the one star rate), but the doctor my husband saw, horrible. Same, horrible customer service. We waited 2 hours to be roomed and then about 15 minutes in the room with the doctor. The doctor did not do any of the routine vital checks. Did not even bother to check the heart beat as doctors normally do, even if you go in more something not related to the heart. He instead spent 14 out of the 15 minutes typing in the computer. Horrible!!!

Terrible - The office is not nice, the walls are peeled and the rooms are tiny. They only take cash for your copay but fail to tell you before your appointment. Most of the front desk girls are rude (except one light skin with brown long hair). I was only in once and since I work for a medical office I could tell there were just odd things going on. I never received results and they dont call you back. When I asked for a refill on my prescription they asked me to come in despite what the doctor told me at my visit(they obviously want a copay). The front desk girl who answered did not even look me up in the system before giving me attitude and turning me away. This place is just not good, at least to my standards. I normally dont write reviews but this place is no good.

Terrible!! Terrible!!! Clinic! Ive been trying to get a consult there but every time I go they say new patients have to be here in the morning so I go in the morning and they say sorry we arent taking new patience right now till 1pm 2 days in a row how inconvenient and very bad service the girls look like they dont even want to do their job and are very rude never ever coming here again
