Pleas DO NOT wast your time here. I called ahead of time to set up an appointment for my postpartum check up and waited about 2 weeks to be seen from the day I Called. When i get to the office i was told by the front desk clerk that they had none of my documents transferred and was told i could not be seen by them that i had to go to a different clinic. I insisted in getting seen since i did call 2 weeks PRIOR to my appointment and drove long way to get there. To what I WITNESS from coming here the Staff is VERY careless and very unpolite. They make you feel like they have to get out of their way to do something for which they were Hired to do. After my first visit I was debating whether I should go back for my second visit, and found out later this week i forgot a document at their office. So i called back to see if it was possible i could stop by any time this week to pick up the form before having to turn it in and again the clerk answering the phone showed little to no care, after i requested such information she placed me on hold for a good 15+ minutes and then hung up. I called multiple times to get a hold of her again and she hung up every single time. I really never get out of my way to write bad reviews but i thought others should know whats ahead if you Plan to come here , be ready to have a really bad experience. I would place names in this review but im sure after they read this review they would know who they are....They should have some Respect for themselves because the way they present themselves at work is OBVIOUSLY how we see them and its a SAD IMAGE. Was told that we could come in as a walk in patient between 8 and 10am. Arrived today at 9:25am. Per the receptionist we could only be seen if there is a cancellation, the provider came out, and in front of myself and other patients in the lobby she told the receptionist that she was not gonna see any more walkins a few patients had already walked up to the reception area to rescheduled and I was told that some had also cancelled so now its 12:10pm and still here waiting to see the provider(3 hours) Management please control your Provider staff! How do they get to make the decision on who they can see and who they are turning away? Why is it okay to have walkins wait 3 or 4 hours to be seen? I will definitely be filing an official complaint with the corporate office. Recommendations: hire a provider who is not a rude and inconsiderate lazy ass! Tell your providers that they can NOT pick and choose how many patients they get to see, give your front desk staff the okay to take patients without having to ask the providers. And Inform your entire staff that walkins can only be seen if there are cancellatioms, dont make people waste their time and gas coming here if you cant service them!

Very upset took my baby to his appointment that i made 4 months ago and thay told me that the dr was on vacation and they had no other dr that sees kids didnt even call me to reschedule. For another day on monday i even got a confirmation call and text so upset i had to take off of work to take him and they pull this crap so unorganized the only reason i go there is because my dr and my babys dr is really good shes the best if it wasnt for her i would have changed clinics they need to improve on this type of things such an inconvenience

Very very inadept. I waited 2 hours and a half for the office women to tell me my Dr is not here anymore. During my wait I asked whether they needed to see my insurance or is there any paperwork I need to fill out. Two different workers said No. Point is I did not see a Dr. So I will just medicate myself and change clinic. If you need preventive medical care find somewhere else. 0 stars.

I have zero bad comments. This place is actually great. Their customer service isnt compared for the simple fact that they try to attend you as soon as possible and to top that off if you are in the parking lot, they go call out your name if youre next. Now that does not seem like the acts of lazy people to me, and it isnt.

Horrible experience never going back. I was there as a walk in and they told me i couldnt be seen unless there was a cancelation. When i had call the day before and they told me just to come in beetween 8- 8:30am.

Ive had the worst experience. I did a walk in and I had to wait almost three hours so I can be told to return in an hour. The appointment takes a long time. You have to wait at least a month for an appointment.
