Ive only been here once (~Nov 2016) because I had to put down my dog. The staff and the doctor were kind and patient. They let my dad and I be in the room with Rocky as he was euthanized. They gave us a chance to say goodbye before and after the injections. I give them 3 stars because they didnt give him enough the first time so we had to watch him quietly gasp for air. It took my dad questioning the doctor/staff for them to give him the second dose. Obviously this was unnerving especially at such a sensitive time. They offer cremation through an outside party. We decided to keep our dogs ashes (it was about $150 for the most basic offer). We did not feel pressured to purchase. I think the euthanasia was around $120.

MURDERERS !!!! I took my teacup puppy to get her first shots before she came here she was perfectly fine, playing around eating drinking. After she got her first shot on the 29th she got extremely sick!!!!! NOT EATING NOT MOVING.....the papers they give you explain that this is normal after first vaccinations but after the second day of it I took her back, all of a sudden she has parvo they kept her for two days and now I get a call today saying shes dead....if you love your animals you wont take them to this horrible establishment. They killed my dog that didnt even get to experience the world. Please take your dogs to the westside for all and any treatment. R.I.P fendi

Took my daughters five month old puppy to get , second set of shots twice was told it was too early for her to get them, was a rescue dog so it had the first set of shot from the shelter. Told me that she had a bad infection, spend $ 225 dollars for meds and stuff,had to take her back the next day to emergency, er doctor said they were wrong not giving her her shot,doctor said the only thing to do was to put her to sleep. Doctor if she had been given her shots she would be alive today. This happened April 1st 2017. They killed my baby.

Prices are great. Cheaper than most vets but the doctor is extremely passive and condescending. Terrible diagnosis, diagnosed my dog with a fracture when she only had an infection. When I asked what the infection was after spending $150 on blood work all they said was her white blood cell count is high. The medicine we gave you will work. The so called fracture that he saw was her joint. Absolutely terrible, for trying to save a few dollars ended up spending significantly more than would have been necessary.

This establishment tries to rush every patient out. Only took about 5 mins to "diagnose" my puppy. The vet diagnosed puppy with stomach infection but failed to diagnose parvo. Luckily I was able to take my puppy to another 24 hour pet hospital and was immediately treated. Will not recommend this establishment. They dont care about our animals!!!!!!

this place is horrible and needs to be closed down its nothing but a scam every time I go in person to ask for a doctor Im always told by staff that theyre not there. staff is always speaking in Spanish do not know nothing about dogs avoid going.

I started taking my husky puppy there for his first shots and it was a great experience! Staff very friendly and prices are reasonable! Its been a year and my husky is now 1 1/2 yrs old hes healthy and happy! Great place cant do wrong here

Our dog died before they could do anything. They gave us 5 minutes before they told us we had to decide what to do with the body because they were closing and we had to leave. Disgusting
