Dr Jackson & Staff at Airport Cities Animal Hospital are the best in the business. After losing our beloved dog of 13 years in a horrific accident. my husband and I decided to adopted two puppies. He suggested that we take them to Dr Jackson at ACAH because him and his family had been clients of hers for over 10years. I must say that this was one of his best suggestions. We live in MDR and have several animal facilities within a very close radius, I noticed that most of those facilities usually have student physicians & staff with little to no expertise, but after meeting Dr Jackson & staff, the distance is no longer a factor. Not only was Dr. Jackson VERY knowledgeable, she is very experienced, caring, compassionate & sincere about her profession. She absolutely loves animals & loves what she does & you feel and see it immediately within introduction. A month ago, my two puppies contracted Parvo and I remembered Dr Jackson & her technician. Mandy taking the extra time to educate me on specific viruses and diseases that can affect puppies during one of my earlier visits. I immediately rushed them to Dr Jackson when I noticed the symptoms. Her highly experienced staff took immediate action. Dr Jackson personally called me to give me statuses and updates. Fortunately, they both survived the deadly virus. She is one of a kind and I feel so fortunate to have her as my two newest family members physician.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS VET!! Let me start by saying I am huge pitbull advocate and believe they are the best breed ever. I love my animals more than I like people. They are my best friends. I have 2 dogs that have lived together for almost 7 years with no issues with each other until about a year ago when of my dogs got vertigo, then my dogs started occasionally getting into fight with each other. Over the last 3 months they have been fighting almost everyday. On Sunday when I was breaking up one of the fights I finally got a bad bite and spent the day in the ER. It was my fault for getting bit because I stuck my hand in the way but I didnt want them to kill each other. The following day I decided that no matter how much I loved them that I needed to put them to sleep before some seriously got hurt or one of the dogs killed each other. So I decided to contact this vet, they quickly told me that this was no excuse to put a dog down and that everything would be fine. I insisted that everything would not be okay but they stood their ground and would not help me. Well today 72 hours after contacting them I walked outside to find a dead dog that was brutally murdered by the other dog which is also in bad shape. Here is what the living dog looks like. I would like to thank Airport Cities Vet Hospital for turning my great memories of my beloved dogs into the biggest nightmare of my life. AVOID THIS PLACE!

Dr. Jackson is a wonderful vet. She has taken fabulous care of my cats for many years. Her practical and common sense approach is truly appreciated. She takes the time to explain things in a way that is easy to understand and gives various options. When my 17-year-old cat suffered kidney failure, I was very distraught. Dr. Jackson worked with me to provide the least invasive & most affordable treatment to keep kitty comfortable and happy. I dont know how many phone calls I made to ask her questions and get advice, but she ALWAYS called me back. And when my poor baby finally succumbed to the disease, Dr. Jackson was unbelievably compassionate. The point is, she knew what treatment to use to keep my cat happy and have a good quality of life until the end, and didnt recommend some outrageously expensive treatment. She was honest with me about her prognosis, even though it was hard for me to hear, and was sensitive to my feelings. Since then, my three other cats have been her patients. All the staff have been very competent, caring, patient and kind. I offer my highest recommendation to Dr. Jackson and Airport Cities Animal Hospital.

My dogs and cats have been well cared for by Dr. Jackson and her staff for over 10 years. She is the only vet my animals have been to. The quality care, compassion, and concern for my pets well being are the main reasons I make the drive from Long Beach to Inglewood. Dr. Jackson has helped us through several major health issues. The most recent has been my oldest dog. He is a cancer survivor. From the minute the diagnosis was made Dr. Jackson was very supportive of any decision we made and continues to be nearly 2 1/2 years later. Thanks to her support and knowledge we still have Jake with us healthy and happy. No matter how busy the office is I always feel that we have been given the time needed to make sure our animals get the care that is needed and we leave feeling confident in our ability to do the at home care needed. If we ever have questions she is quick to respond and never makes you feel like you are bothering her. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a vet who is honestly concerned for the pets well being.

Dr. Jackson helped us through the last years of our older dog, and has been taking care of our 4-year-old dogs since they were puppies. She is very knowledgeable, and really keeps up on new treatments. She and her staff have been helpful and caring to us. She is quick to respond to any questions, and very informative. She has always been gentle and loving with our dogs, and it is obvious she really cares about them and wants the best for them. No matter how busy the office is, she and her staff will always take an extra minute to pet the dogs or give them a treat to calm their anxieties. Dr. Jackson, in her concern to make sure our dogs get the care they need, has called me after hours to give me test results and recommendations, and has been very generous with her time. I know a number of her clients, and have recommended her to friends; everyone I know speaks very highly of her and her devotion to their pets welfare. I recommend her services to anyone who cares about animals.

Dr. Jackson is one of the most caring and compassionate vets weve ever come across. We have taken our dog to him for years and every time he has the slightest problem, she treats him like family. She has always recommended the appropriate medicine; nothing unneeded or harsh. She is always availible for questions, and kept us the most up to date with blood work and any revelations with our dogs status. She is a wonderful, caring vet, and your pet will be in very good hands here!

I have been going to Dr J (Jackson) for over 13 years. She has taken wonderful care of my dogs & her staff is great. She is a compassionate, understanding, & knowledgable vet who wants to give the best care possible. She helped one of my dogs with numerous issues & was always patient & caring, wanting to do the best for my dog but also what I felt comfortable with. I live in Redondo & shes worth the 20-25 minute drive!
