My experience when I visted this pet clinic was pleasant, not only were the staff very friendly but the Dr.Shang was very helpful in treating my dog. My dog was extremely sick and was not eating for about 3 days. As I decided to search for an affordable pet clinic that will help cure my breeds sickness, I selected this one because it was close to my home. At the beginning, I was a bit afraid to go due to reading bad reviews on their services. However my experience was much more different; the vet was able to provide me with the medications and assist my dog with anything she needed to curve her sickness. That same day I notice that my dog was getting better and started eating after about 3 and half days. Am so happy I decided to take my dog to this clinic. Extremely happy with their service. I highly recommend this clinic to people, its very affordable and its not as expensive as other pet clinics.

Heres a starter: I have been going to Dr. Sung Jun Kim at Florence pet clinic for 15 years. So, imagine my surprise when I went in today and asked for health checks for my dogs—animals he knows well, and he said no. I needed these documents for my daycare business, I couldn’t quite understand why he said no, so of course I asked. What he told me was simply that, “[He] didn’t have to.” He didn’t say they weren’t healthy. He didn’t say he wanted money (though of course I offered to pay him for this service). He just played the card a two-year old would play, “No, I don’t want to.” Really? For someone who proclaims to care about animals and who has received several visits worth of patronage from me, I was shocked. But, it makes it easy to move on to the next vet… And inspired me to finally write on Yelp so that you don’t waste years of your money and time only to end up in a situation like this.

Pésimo veterinario, y el lugar huele mal. El unico que me ayudó y fue amable fue el enfermero. Como era mi primer experiencia con animalitos, salí con la idea que tenía una gatita(hembra) a la cual el veterinario ni reviso y sólo me saco dinero, hoy lleve a mi gatito a otro veterinario, y quede en Shock cuando me dijeron que no tenia una gatita si no un gatito!!!!

Just took my dog here and boo... their receptionists are rude and ubprofessional! Same with the doctor. My dog has 24-hours with diarrhea and she's been vomiting. He says it could be pancreatitis. He tests her on it and it comes out negative. He stands there and says he'd like to treat her for pancreatitis. When he had just said it was negative. So the charge for everything was going to end up at $2,000 to get her hospitalized. My dog isn't a toy to play with. It's either she has it or she doesn't. Ignorant people. If you don't like your job, find a different career.

I take my two dogs there (1 Golden Retriever, 1 German Shepherd). The prices are reasonable ... Ive taken my dogs to other places that charge about 30% more than these guys. If you are taking your dogs there, just try to go early (15 mins before they open - hours are 10am - 6pm). The place gets packed and their waiting area is not that big ... so good luck if your dog isnt friendly with other dogs! Other than that, I have always received good service.

I love this pet clinic! I love the front office workers! Theyre fast, and nice. The young lady at the front desk is always professional and knows what shes doing! The vet is knowledgeable and always treats my three dogs great. I have 2 poodles and a boxer, he takes care of them so well I only want to go there. My dogs have been spayed there, they get monthly flea spray, and all their vaccines there, and no complications.THANK YOU FLORENCE PET CLINIC!!

Dont go here unless you want your animal to die. I went in with a sick animal and was dismissed because "its fine, he has a small bladder and its just nerves" making him ill. They told me to force feed him and blood work/x rays were not necessary. A day and a half later my animal is dead. Poisoning and organ failure. Is that fine? Im sure its "just nerves".

Horrible customer service by Evelyn, very rude person with attitude and they are very expensive, I spend almost $2000.00 for my dog at this place and when you ask for a copy of your dogs record they charge you a Dollar per copy per page .

They lied about my god having parvo and having to spend $1,000 to cure him . I took the dog to another place. My dog had low sugar . Simple fix ... Dog all good now !!!! Stay away from this place .!!

Sucks!!!! One time I took my dog to get check and they denied him. Another time I took my rabbit to get check and they could not see him. Unfortunately they both passed away.
