2/4/2011 ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE RECEPTIONISTS! I hope that the vets that run this place soon realize what a disservice their front desk staff is doing them!!! The older lady talks to the customers there as if she were doing them a favor by even talking to them, and the younger short dark hair lady really could care less if you are standing there an hour! I was there with a simple question, that was never even asked because they looked right past me for a good five minutes! If you unfortunately choose to deal with these people dont be fooled by their packed lobby, its simply because there isnt much of a choice in the area! My neighbor also recently took her dog there for a check up and also had his nails clipped. When she brought it to their attention that they had cut them too short and the dog was bleeding they said to her not to worry about it, "...its only an animal." That should say enough as to the type of people, quality, and care that this place gives! Do yourself a favor and avoid this place, just like their front desk people like to avoid you!

Im surprised by some of the bad reviews. Ive never had a bad experience in this clinic or with the staff. They are all very helpful and nice. Lately Ive noticed an increase in staff members, both in reception and technicians to accommodate all the clients. It does get pretty busy in there and wait time can be long, but thats because they take their time to check your pets health and answer any questions. I have been coming to this clinic since my oldest baby got his puppy shots, thats 10 years ago and Ive always felt their prices are reasonable compared to other places Ive gotten estimates from. Ive gotten a variety of services from this clinic for all my pups, basically anything the doctor suggest, I go with it. Ive never felt ripped off or that I paid for an unnecessary service or lab test. My dogs health is important to me, and I wouldnt take him to this clinic if I didnt think highly of the doctor and staff.

Dr. Casillas and Dr. Rainey were absolutely great with our dog, Zen. Zen was cared for by these doctors for all 10 years of his life and when Zen, a 90 lbs Boxer, developed bilateral ocular melanoma, Dr. Casillas and Dr. Rainey not only worked in conjunction with an ophthalmologist, but they were very caring and available to our pet when he needed extra care. When we had to let Zen go, the vets were very considerate and respectful. They even shared a tear with us for our loss. The staff there is not as friendly as many would like them to be, but it has much to do with the high volume of patients they have to sort through. That office is always full and it is difficult to get special attention from the staff, but this is completely understandable. They do what they can given the small waiting room and tons of clients. Also, their prices are very reasonable.

Horrible experience. The staff is rude . They just care about getting paid. They cant even tell you whats wrong with your pet before they start suggesting you pay for a variety of things including blood work. The vet states he doesnt know whats wrong at all with the animal but he suggests a huge variety of things to pay for . Besides the fact, they dont do not 1 simple procedure to your pet in front of you. Which makes it very sketchy as to if its even being done. I would recommend going elsewhere for things besides a simple 1 vaccination. If your pet is sick or just had any type of surgery DO NOT bring it here. Your pets life is important and should be taken seriously .

Affordable and nice people! My dog has been there multiple times and this time was no exception. The receptionist gave me great advice over the phone (and she was anything but shy when it came to suggesting what I could do to remedy my pets bad health). She ended the conversation with "Well, were here for you!" There are no surprise charges and if they can, they work in front of you (or give you proof of the job that they did on your pet) and never take your pet back somewhere where you dont know what happens to them and leave you with an extraordinary charge.

This Vet is Awesome!!! Took my golden retriever for a Serious ear infection, my puppy must of had it when I got him from breeder. He has been Infection free, for 6 months now, no more ear problem. Awesome price compared to other consultations from other Vets in the area. $180 total cost, would of been $130 if no Anesthesias included: consultation, anesthesia, antibiotic injection (for serious infection), deep ear cleaning, & (take home meds) antibiotics and ear drops. Doctor was very informative, and explained all procedures in detail. Highly Recommend.

Well at first I went in there with my guard up after reading all the bad reviews especially of the old receptionist.. people were right she does have a little attitude but she finally met her match.. after I put her in her place I told her " I wonder why all the reviews are bad and mainly because of you" she looked so surprised because she didnt know that people posted reviews and immediately stared to he more polite.. hopefully this was a reality check for her and she starts treating us customers and our pets better.. ;-)

I think that if you are going into the profession you must at least be able to give decent service. This place is horrible.... they treat you like if you are there for a free service. My puppy was wrongly diagnose and because of that he died of parvo virus!!!! For the sake of your own doggie!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG THERE!!!!!!

I took my dog here a few months ago when he got sick. Didnt have to wait long to be seen from the Dr. He gave me some medicine to give my dog and he felt better a few days after the visit. The staff is awesome and make you feel welcome.

To those saying they dont care about your pets I doubt thats true. I recently brought my dog here and they were really helpful and understanding. Thanks to them my dog is on the way to recovery and I couldnt be more thankful.

I picked up my baby after her spay and she smelled like urine, I wonder if she was left in her own urine over night? The pain meds are $40 which they didnt mention until after.
