I have only been to Hillcrest Pet Hospital once, but it was an emergency, and my experience was a good one. When my dog began snorting and sneezing repeatedly after a hike, I feared hed inhaled a foxtail. My regular vet was unable to see him until the next day, but Dr. Fries was able to get him in much sooner and removed the foxtail. It did involve a surgery, and it wasnt inexpensive, but I was grateful to Dr. Fries and his kind staff for getting the job done. I plan to return to Hillcrest in the future.

My wife and I discovered Hillcrest and Dr.Fries over twenty years ago. We took our golden retriever puppy to Dr. Fries throughout his life and could see that Dr. Fries not only knew what he was doing but that he really loves animals. Over the years we have continued to go to Hillcrest with our cats and highly recommend the professional care. While there are many good vets in the surrounding area, we can attest that Dr. Fries is the best. We highly recommend Dr. Fries and Hillcrest Pet Hospital.

I am looking for a vet in the area and after the service Ive received on the phone, as well as reading the review below (about how Dr. Fries yelled at a sick dog) I no longer want to visit Hillcrest Pet Hospital. Anyone who could be so heartless to a sick pet doesnt really have care for animals.
