Tonight I took my daughter in to get a referral for evaluations being done at school. I purposely made a 5:30 appointment because of needing to get my children home and fed before bedtime. Once there she was called back almost immediately for weight and height, but the nurse had a rude tone when speaking to her (my daughter is only 5). Then, we were sent back to the waiting room, but didnt get a room or have a doctor see us until about an hour past appointment time. Towards the end when waiting for a note for school, my daughter had to use the restroom, so I took her back out to the waiting area to use it, I saw a coworker and stopped to say hello while my daughter started to walk back to our assigned room. The same rude nurse kicked my daughter out of the hall telling her that she cant be back there (when it was HER appointment), then proceeded to lock us out! I have never been locked out at a doxtors office before just because my child had to leave her room to go to the restroom. Once in the car I reviewed the "official" note for school. The date was dated for almost a 100 years into the future, and it said that they advised us to take my daughter to a specialist, but they never did such a thing. If I didnt read that part of the note, I would have never known. I leave angry each time, and I do not recommend going unless it is an urgent matter or you dont have children. This isnt the first time they were unable to act professionally. The only good part was that the particular doctor we saw tonight was super friendly and listened to all concerns.

Ok I came to this place Twice already thought I give them a chance this Drs dont care about you they come in for 2 minutes dont do much and leave then they give me a referral and I hear nothing for 2 weeks call the office and they dont know about have to talk to the office manager we will give you a call back no call back 3 days later I call back have to talk to someone else Really. Second time the doctor Jennifer Gresham FNP-C gives me attitude because Im telling her what Im concerned about she say I can only take care of this 3 things mind you I was here yesterday for those 2 things so I had to come back today. So tell me why the doctor look at the medical assistant and roll her eyes back when I asked her a question wow never had that happened to me with a doctor I just fell like they dont care about the patients here and you could be more caring I mean thats the job you chose to do right. Please dont waste your money or time here.

My first appointment saga...I took the appointment for noon and was told, since I am a new patient, it would be better if I come 15 minutes earlier than the appointment time so that the paper work could be completed. Of course, I was happy to hear that they are on top of everything. So the day comes and I am 17 minutes earlier, get all the paper work promptly. I get all the paper work done 5 minutes earlier than my appointment time. Time ticks by 5 minutes became 15, 15 became 30, 30 became 45 and when 45 became 55, I asked when I will be called and am told that I will be next since "I have an appointment" (when I saw only one person being called the whole time I was there). After one hour of waiting, I decided to reschedule my appointment which took the least amount of time, thankfully! Hopelessly hoping that my second appointment is not a replay!!

Stay away. My 74 year old Father has Parkinsons, he takes a ton of medicine which cause him to be constipated. He sometimes does not go for days. We took him in, to MY Dr Now in Laveen when he was visiting, they asked what was wrong, we said he is constipated & needs an enemy or high colonic, thay took 99.xx and after waiting 40+ minutes the Dr" said we dont do enemas or high colonice. Why not say so when we came in & send us away instead of stealing 100.00 & wasting our time. Avoid these thieving clowns. EDIT I called their corporate office to complain, no one was available but they took my info and said they took these things seriously and I would hear back. It has been 24 hours no one has called. Also, I copied yesterday this post to their facebook page, shock! It is gone!

Front desk customer service is awesome. The wait time and doctors are horrible. I made this my primary care office because it is close to my home, one of the biggest mistakes Ive made. First of all you never have the same doctor, each doctor tells you different things and just want to put you on medication. I do not want medication, I come to find out what is going on with me. The wait time is ridiculous even if you have an appointment (45 minutes in the lobby) and to top it all off the doctors do not care about you concerns, there priority is it to you in and out even if they have not addressed all of your medical needs. I would only return to this place if I was in dire desperate need of an urgent care etc. Do not waste your time here

Scheduled an appointment for 5pm. It was well after 6:15pm before a doctor entered the room. Nurses and other staff would pop in and say it would be a few minutes over and over. They dont care about their horrible reviews or dissatisfaction to the customer either. If you can find another doctor office that cares for their patients and their time, Id encourage it. When the doctor finally came in, the had not reviewed the charts and started asking the same questions we were asked and documented by the nurse. The doctor started to recommended different perceptions without knowing what was being taken. Is this place a joke? Left in the middle of the appointment and requested our money back. Ill file a more formal complaint elsewhere.

Im a huge skeptic and I read reviews before I consider a place. Ive been to a few of the other locations and was not satisfied so I decided to try this location closer to home. The front desk ladies were extremely nice and accommodating. I waited a total of 10 minutes to be seen which was shocking and when I got into the room my doctor really seemed to care. Most doctors I have seen didnt seem to listen and I felt like I was rushed and wasting their time. Dr. Tamara listen to me, showed concern, ask questions comma and gave me exactly what I needed. I really appreciate her level of professionalism, concern, and compassion.

Should be called MD three hours from now. Waited 2 hours and was finally called back. All they did was weigh my child and send me back to the waiting room. Said they would call us when exam room was ready. Waited another 30 minutes and had to finally leave to pick up my other child from school. No apologies for the wait were offered. And I was charged 30 dollars plus 40 for the last time I took my kid there. Last time they took one look at a cut on his head and said go see a real doctor. 40 dollars for nothing plus 30 today for nothing. Went to CVS minute clinic and was in and out in 20 minutes - free with insurance.
