Oh my gosh. This place has always been such a breath of fresh air for me and my 7 year old daughter. We are always greeted immediately upon coming in and you can even register on-line to and then have texts sent to you informing you of the approximate time they will be able to see you. This allows you the ability to just wait in the comfort of your own home as opposed to the waiting room, but the waiting room has plenty of seating and is always clean and pleasant. We are always greeted with sweet front office girls, Kiawna, Scarlette, and Paola. They answer questions without acting irritated or annoyed. I see them interact that way with everyone, and they are very efficient at their jobs, making check in and check out nice and fast. Kiawna explained all of the pricing options I would have since I am not insured and it is so much cheaper than anything I have seen and you can cancel at anytime. The provider was a Physician Assistant named Carey Tucker, on the day we went and he listened to all of my concerns and did not seem rushed. He seemed to really value me as, not only a customer, but a patient with a medical need that had to be addressed. I was an actual person to him, not just a number. He checked both me and my daughter thoroughly assessing us from top to bottom. As an RN, I value this kind of care, because it is the care I give my patients. It is great to actually receive true empathy and caring providers when I am in distress. I had had a horrible experience the same day at the stand alone Dignity ER out on Estrella Pkwy., that just opened about a month ago, and after that experience, decided to sign right out and go back to the amazing NextCare Urgent Care of Avondale, where they welcomed us with smiles and open arms. We also receivwd great care feom the male xray tech that took our vital signs and our chief complaint. I hate that I did not get his name, but he had a very pleasant bedside manner and took our complaints seriously and explained everything he was doing to my seven year old. Great experience all around. I would recommend this place to anyone. Skip the ER waiting room, if you dont have insurance. Just spend some money at your initial visit to get their very affordable healthcare plan option and get much more compassionate care in the procesa. So much better than getting a bill months later for a couple thousand dollars. This place is top notch and efficient. Nice work, everyone!

I was in town a couple weeks ago and had to stop in when leaving for some bad coughing and congestion I typically hate going to the urgent care because it tends not to be too urgent. Not the case here. I loved the staff. They were friendly and professional and provided me with quick and efficient service. Also, I felt that Dr. Erbe listened to what I had to say and she provided a concise diagnosis. They did all the testing there that I needed with the results shortly after. It was so much better than waiting hours or days for an outside lab and much cheaper. What surprised me the most was the follow up call I received a few days later to see if the meds were helping and how I was doing. I would definitely recommend visiting NextCare Urgent Care.

Last night I was mugged in grocery store parking lot and sustained a deep laceration to my fingertip that required immediate medical attention. The NextCare closest to the incident closes at 8 and it was 8:10 so we found this location. Keep in mind that just having my purse stolen - I had no ID, no money and no way to compensate them for their services. Due to my injury there was no wait time and everybody from the front staff to the medical personnel were extremely efficient, patient and sympathetic. I was well cared for and every step was explained to me in detail. And because I had a history with NextCare they allowed me to make arrangements to get my bill paid. I know the other location is closer but I dont think I will be going anywhere else.

Front desk service was horrible. One of the WORST customer service I have ever had. The woman who handles co-pay payment was rude and had an attitude. However, the nurses were nice I just did not like the way they handled our situation. We went into the office with an elbow injury for my son and without giving us a heads up what they were going to do, they just bent his arm BEFORE doing any x-Rays. How are we suppose to know if its broken yet and there they are bending it. Then, after leaving the place they give us misleading information where to follow up at and have no clue what they are talking about. I suggest calling your insurance directly before going here or to any facility afterwards to do any follow up.

Terrible service. Went Monday due to boyfriend being extremely ill, significant weight loss in 1 month (60lbs), extreme fatigue and weakness, dry mouth, mucus. The np checked his throat saw tonsils inflammed, did strep throat test and chest xray, both negative, but prescribed antibiotic that treats both and gave an allergy pill....well idiot we are at the ER now due to his continued decline and the first thing they did was check his sugar (438) and get blood...You could have killed him. Very negligent and lazy service. He ended up in ICU! I want information on where we can file a formal complaint. This is unacceptable. A simple, SIMPLE blood test would have identified the issue or an educated medical provider.

I recently I had an eye injury, they where intentionally willing to exam my eye. They also let me know if it was beyond what they can do I might have to go the hospital. So they ran several test. My eye was inspected very thoroughly twice. No severe damage was found. And the doctors where patient & understanding. They did show concern to me as a patient. Which is rare now a days when doctors see us as bags of money. For the test and treatments I was very happy. Total amount that I was charged for, "IT WAS" very reasonable. Just remember some patients are more mature than others so I dont know the full truth of their bad experience. For me it was a first good experience.

I was in a accident 2 days prior I seen a Emilie Erbe PAC. She basically refused service for me and told me to go to the ER. This "doctor" was to busy on her computer to give me eye contact and listen to my needs. I was fine! A little sore and tight. This "doctor" was the worst I have every seen!!! She also lied on my paper work stating we discussed things that we did not. She said she spoke with my family when I had none there. Seems like she is writing her information sheets out of a online template. I then asked for a second opinion because she is not a doctor yet but practicing under one and without seeing me her supervisor the real doctor said the same thing...

They open at 8, i brought my 2yr old there at 8:05 and already was a 2hr wait! Not too happy about that but overall it was decent. The front desk staff was friendly and so was the triage nurse. the PA or NP (not sure which one he was) he was nice. My son had been wheezing, he tested him for strep and the flu. it was quick and fast once we got called to the back. i didnt expect a personal detailed visit, unless we were at our doctors. I would definitely come back if needed, its close to my house and the visit was nice, just be prepared to wait. But thank you Nextcare for taking care of my little one, thats all that matters to me.
