Dr. Tina Smith is the most caring, compassionate and understanding doctor I have ever worked with. She went above and beyond for me while in her care for a fractured tooth. The tooth had to be removed and then I needed to receive an implant. She immediately got me in contact with the necessary specialists to help me through this process. I have never had any major dental issues and this experience could have been quite traumatic. However, because I was in such good hands with a doctor and staff who cared so much, it went well and I believe my smile looks even better than it did before the incident. Thank you to Dr. Tina, her hygienist Tiffany, and to her secretaries for all of your hard work! It is GREATLY appreciated!

A colleague (who had been a patient there for years) recommended Smith Family Dentistry nearly a decade ago, and Ive been going there ever since. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the several dentists Ive seen in the practice are all most concerned about the comfort and well-being of the patient. Theyve deftly navigated the schedule to get me in for emergencies twice (once Dr. Tina even called me back from a family party on a Sunday afternoon because I left a message about a cracked tooth). I highly recommend this practice for anybody seeking a new dentist in the Northwest Suburbs.

Did you know identical twin brothers Ronald and Donald Smith began practicing together over 50 years ago? I just love love this fun fact! Dr. Tina Smith joined her father and uncle in 1993 and has carried on the family legacy of gentle, caring dentistry. You could not be in better hands. Ive known Tina for over 25 years and she is a considerate, conscientious, kind practitioner. Her skills in every aspect of dentistry make this a perfect family practice - she is great with my kids and also fabulous with cosmetic dentistry!

The treatment I required was handled in a very professional manner. I was highly anxious about having my old filling replaced. Dr. Tina assured me she would take every precaution to eliminate pain. She has a friendly, easy manner that helped put me at ease. She was amazing!! My old cavity/filling was very old. The replacement filling feels terrific, I am so relieved!! I know my teeth werent in the best shape going in, but Dr. Tina was great about making me feel better about them. I have had a few fillings done and everything feels and looks great. Dr. Smith and her staff are amazing. They are accommodating and make you feel comfortable...especially if youre a nervous patient. They always run on schedule and respect your time. Dr. smith explains exactly what shes doing so you understand whatever producedure youre having done. My pain management is always handled perfectly. The hygentists are extremely personal and kind. I would never even think of going anywhere else! You feel like family when you walk in the door.

I used to dread going to the dentist, and would put it off. for as long as possible. Since Ive been going to Dr Tina, my experience is completely different. She patiently addressed my issues, always concerned with my comfort and cost concerns. I now look forward to visits and have not had sensitivity to temperature for the first time in decades. The entire staff is friendly and pleasant. I even have my adult son and wife going here now. I could not recommend them more.

The 2 Dentists we saw at this office were very unprofessional. The female dentist was making rude comments to my daughter during her cleaning. She was making comments like your teeth are ugly - just very unprofessional! The male dentist I saw had no personality or friendliness at all. He was also asking me questions during my cleaning while there were objects in my mouth. DUH! I have stuff in my mouth - how the hell am I supposed to answer you?!?

Dr. Tina replaced a crown on one of my front teeth. She suggested that I consider doing veneers on all the top 4 teeth in the front to close gaps between the teeth. I am so glad I took her advice. Dr. Tina Smith at Arlington Smith Family Dentistry is nothing short of an artist when it comes to dentistry. People compliment me on my smile all the time now.
