I had my first appointment here this morning and was seen within 15 minutes of my arrival. I saw Dr. Farris and he was very warm, kind, respectful and deliberate in answering my questions thoroughly. The salesperson I saw afterwards was very efficient and non-pushy. I asked to only see the frames that were covered for free under my insurance--Blue Cross of Idaho, and after hearing my preferences, she brought me three pairs. It was quick, and so much less stressful than any other place Ive been. I walked out only paying $25 copay and glasses completely covered by my insurance, wi th no pressure to upsell me.

Had an appointment here. We have insurance and thought most was covered. Apparently there is an additional fee for people who get contact lenses. OK! But their fee is about $90, compared to the four other eye doctors I called, its about $50-60 higher than the average. Called to see if they would reduce it, received a $20 credit. Ask before you have your appointment. We wont be back.

This office is great; fresh, clean and airy. The people working here are absolutely wonderful. The optician helping me find the right frames were fantastic. She really took time for me, she listened and ended up finding me the best alternative out there. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable, this was the best experience Ive ever had at the optometrist - and Ive had glasses for 30 years!
