I hate to rate this place so badly cause I think the doctor there is pretty awesome. Shes very personable and seems to know her stuff but the front office of this clinic is atrocious. I have been trying to order contacts from them for the last 2 days and have been on the phone with them for over 30 minutes. Ive been hung up on 3 times while waiting on hold. Its been absolutely insane. Unfortunately I will be finding a new clinic because it shouldnt be this hard to place an order. Again the doctor is great but the rest of the staff is awful.

The eye doctors do a fine job, but dont order your contacts or glasses from here. Poor customer service from the woman who took over the ordering of glasses and contacts. She is inflexible and hours on website are unreliable.
