Dr Fords staff are kind and very friendly, Dr. Ford however was rude and unprofessional to his assistant and me in my case. I had to get a crown put in, and he either put a chipped crown in, or chipped it when he installed it.(I still paying for it) If you have nervousness or stress caused by bad dental experiences, you might want to move on. after the owners explanation, the so called chip is not a chip at all. That does not take away the fact that I explained to him that I was stressed out during dental procedures, and I needed him to communicate to me what he was doing when he does it. He proceeded to tell me that I was not at all anxious and went on with his job. As you can see by Dr. Fords response, there was not a misunderstanding about the divot in my crown, but there was a lack of communication from him throughout the whole ordeal, on top of that my anxiety was ignored. I rated this a one star because of my personal opinion, and my perception of him in the experience that I had under his care. Dr. David Ford called my cell phone and left a detailed message explaining the crowns. That was nice to hear him finally explain them, but further belittling me by saying "I think your letting your mind get carried away on this" did not make me feel any better. I will not be visiting his practice ever again, and I hope he learns to be sympathetic to his future patients that are scared by the pain of having their teeth drilled on. I dont understand why they would they give people the opportunity to rate their experience, or write a review, if they are just going to call you and tell you that "its all in your head" if its not a good one?

I am Dr. Fords assistant and patient. I have been with him for 6 years now and Im leaving this message of my own desire. Dr. Ford is a caring dentist and I really enjoy working for him and his patients. Besides being his employee, I trust him to work on my teeth. I recently had a fractured tooth that was sensitive and Dr. Ford treated me with the concern that he does with all his patients. He was very intent and listened to everything I was telling him and he took a x-ray to make sure I was fine and he squeezed me into the schedule right away and fixed my tooth. Im very happy to be a long-time employee and enjoy taking care of all our great patients.

Great dentist and staff. I had a severe phobia of the dentist; and can honestly say thanks to the amazing staff and Dr. Ford himself I no longer do. They never made me feel silly for my fear of the dentist, they were gentle and understanding, and worked with me to overcome my fear. I have gotten to know the staff who always greet me by name, ask about my family and have a genuine care for their patients. I highly recommend Dr. David Ford and his team for all your dental needs.

Dr. Ford and his staff are incredibly friendly, warm, and professional. They make coming to the dentist pleasant. They have state-of-the-art equipment, and do an excellent job at finding any minor issues with your teeth & gums. When the doctor talks to you, he makes you feel like youre his only patient. A huge thanks to Sheena at the front who keeps all our finance records in order, never any complications, and the teeth whitening is an added plus! :)
