CONSUMER BEWARE! Not a friendly office!!!! We have been going to this doctor for years even after moving out of the area we still traveled to see them. Unfortunately for the Good Doctor; his staff have lost a great deal of service from our family and my previous recommendations. Not once…or not even twice but 3 times after a patient walked out of the office I over heard the staff talking poorly about their client, their oral health and the lack of finances to pay their bill. And after my friend also came to me with the SAME issues after I recommended the doctor I have left this doctor and his staff behind. I will continue to share my experiences with this office. CONSUMER BEWARE! Not a friendly office!!!!

Ive been seeing Dr.Hagemeier since I was 12, Im 24 now. I dont even live in Kent anymore but I still drive from Bellevue to kent every six months just to see him. He is wonderful! The staff is also amazing. EVERYTIME. Rory is the hygenist I usually have and she is so wonderful. Shes friendly, gentle, and always make me feel comfortable. I will never go to any other dentist.

I chose Dr. Hagemeier when my old dentist retired. The transition was very smooth. I had a crown prep today and didnt feel anything. I find his office staff to be very upbeat and friendly. Its hard to be nervous when the people working with you are so friendly and cheerful.
