This is unique diamond in the rough kind of clinic. I started going here because my hygienist started working at this clinic. And she recommended I be seen by Dr. Lee. He is fantastic. There are very few places that have people that work on both a cosmetic and health level with teeth these days and if you do find someone you will be paying a ridiculous amount of money to get the results I got. My front tooth was chipped and first of all Dr. Lee expertly fixed it and then devised a personalized plan to align all my front teeth to get me the smile I wanted my whole life. Now I know these are not permanent results one would get from placing veneers but those cost thousands of dollars per tooth. I saw similar natural looking results for a fraction of the cost. Dr. Lee is a little rough around the edges until you get to know him and you realize he is truly a genius and one of the sweetest dentists out there. He cares about you flossing and taking care of your teeth and wont sugar coat it when it comes to what you need to do for better mouth hygiene. Also, yes sometimes the clinic is a little understaffed but the people that work here are committed to your teeth and welcome a little feedback once in a while. They are very helpful with providing options like coupons and financing if you dont have insurance or the clinic doesnt accept your insurance to make sure you get the treatments the dentist recommends. I am a big fan of this place and the work they do.

I just had the worst customer experience in years with this place! Heres why: 1. Two days ago, I called to set an appointment and was placed on hold for 10 minutes (not an exaggeration). I understand that businesses can be busy, but what about offering to call me back? Or a quick, "You should call back later as were currently busy." 2. They only have one periodontist, and he works every OTHER Thursday. Got to love those hours. 3. I missed a call this morning from the appointment lady. She claimed my insurance required a referral. When I got into work, I called my insurance company and they said, no, they dont need a referral. 4. I just got off the phone with Bright Now. After another 12 minutes on hold (are you seeing a pattern, yet?), I was told the appointment lady wasnt available. At the same time, the lady claimed that my insurance required a referral. Bottom line: this place is a mess! Ive wasted 40 minutes of my life on trying to get an appointment. Just go someplace else.

Very disappointed first time here and they said I had an appointment 30 mins past my appointment and I went to the receptionist to see what was going on and she says all the patients who had appointments are getting called first. I told her well I had an appointment too and shes like no since you were same day we just wrote you in. You would think they would communicate that with me and tell me no you didnt really have an appointment. I thought by being a new patient I would be greeted and welcomed but instead the front staff was rude and unprofessional. Then when I get called back the assistant didnt introduce herself and was really aggressive. I will not return this will be the first and last time I come. I work in healthcare and this is not hapw people should be treated.

RUN save yourself and your money!!!!! the worst customer service I ever experience in my life, the big lady that takes of the payments was absolutely rude and disrespectful, the staff were disorganized, unprofessional and careless of what i wanted to get as long as they were getting paid. I walked out of that place so irritated and disgust by such behavior from "professional adults". DONT GO THERE, THEY ARE NOT WORTH IT.

Absolutely love this place!! from the first time here, based off some of the reviews i was terrified but i couldnt be happier!! From the staff at the front desk to the assistants to Dr. Lee to ortho lady Im relieved and no anxiety. Thank you thank you!!!!

This office is a great location, the service from the minute you walk in was awesome. The Doctor and assistants where easy going and quick to get the job done. I couldnt ask for a more pleasant dental visit ever. You are all "Rock Stars".

I have been to many dentists over the years. I love this place. Very friendly. Dr Liu listens to me. Explains to me in plain English what is going on in my mouth, which I appreciate. Everyone in my family goes here, we all like it.
