My 1 yo son had an appointment for 10am was there for an hour and a half before my son got called. The medical assistant was new and very rude and inconsiderate. After he was seen by the doctor she put in for his shots. The medical assistant took so long that I was able to feed my son and put him to sleep. When I got up to see what was taking so long the doctor said I didnt know you were still here! She had to page the medical assistant because no one knew where she was. When she finally came her attitude was horrible. Now my son was sleep and had to wake up to sit on the table to get his shots so hes already agitated and began to cry. The medical assistant had the nerve to ask if I had a pacifier for him which he doesnt use a pacifier!! He only got half his shots because he was too irritated now I have to go back today so he can get the rest! This place is so convenient to where I live but if they dont do something about their staff I will be going somewhere else!

Ive been coming to this clinic for many many years & if it wasnt for Dr. Prabhakar I wouldve left years ago. They attitudes suck, they have no phone etiquette(they act like theyre on the phone at home & not at work...Im like really. I wish I had the light skinned girl, with the glasses that calls you in the room & take your vitals, name...shes the worst one, she always looks slouchy & has the nerve to have an attitude with somebody. This heffa called the last name so I got up to go in the room then she goes to asking questions then she says is my first name Dominique, I said no so she like oh you aint the one I want...well hell you shouldve stated that instead of giving me attitude like I know the people in the clinic personally or something. Its time for a change, Im following my doctor elsewhere because I cant take this foolery anymore.

I been going to this clinic since I was a child and lately it has been getting worse. They appointments 2-3 months out no grace period no walk ins and if you do walk in you might not get seen. The staff seems so angry (besides Latrice & Kierra) it is just awful thats why I hate coming. He needs an update back to the old clinic

They need to fire everyone in this place you are going to die sitting here waiting to get called called to the back and then they send you home and tell you to come back hours later when your almost on your death bed I wouldnt even send my dead dog here

Rude, rude and more rude not a comfortable setting rooms look outdated and not clean enough for me, they have you hold for long periods of time
