I had to transfer to this clinic because where I would take my kids was a 20 min drive. I had gone for my twins 18 months check up. First time I go, doctor isnt there! I went walking and I never once got a call. Ok. I go back. My dr took almost 30 min to come to the room she prescribed my daughter pedisure and never got the prescription. The nurse come gives my kids their vaccine. He was rude didnt say anything and he walks out. I was in the room and left after 20 minutes. I had asked for their next appointment and he never came back. My son got a bad reaction to a vaccine I called to talk to their dr Meredith if this was normal and asked to know what shots they received. I was told Id get a call back and never did! This clinic is terrible its so unorganized and theyre rude. I rather go back to my other clinic.

Had to wait 6 weeks for my appointment. They called to confirm the day before and asked I show up 10 mins early so my paperwork could be processed and so I did just that. When I arrive they told me all appointments got pushed back half an hour. I said it was alright and waited patiently . After an hour and 15 mins everybody who showed up after me had been called in. When I asked the desk lady what was going on she called the doc who didnt even know about my appointment. I asked for my Co pay back and found a nicer clinic opposite end of town. Never agian. Going somewhere else in a better area is defiantly worth it .

Te dan un horario para la cita y te pasan horas después sin decirte nada hasta que tú te acercas a preguntar y se molestan si preguntas si será aún más la espera. Horrible lugar, yo traigo a mi hijo a este lugar por que esta cerca de mi casa y por qué antes era bueno el servicio.

Worst access clinic ever. Called to make appt n was given an appt in more then a month, then to come to find my kids werent actually "scheduled" n had to wait another month lol. Even with apt they make you wait 3hrs til u get attended. They send my son to the ER n didnt care to follow 2-3 days like reccomended instead scheduled to see him in almost 2 months, I can keep going on with this clinic but am gona waste more time then what they made me waste already. Advice dont ever go to this clinic secretaries are rude n really dont know wth they doing.

Sometimes the secretaries are in a bad mood. Recently one of them was very rude and seemed really annoyed after I asked just one question. I get that everyone has a bad day but when youre given attitude by multiple employees on multiple occasions than something isnt right.

I make an appoinment and i get here on time they check my son the staff is ok the doctor are better they are really nice with my son i have two year and half with them and its the best clinic ive seen others are rude and dont care this clinic i like it

I tried making an appointment on the phone. It was awful. They made me wait for so long nearly an hour. So when they finally decided to pick up, they hung up and made me wait for even MORE TIME. So thats when I decided "well screw this" and hung up.
